Chambre confortable, bien équipée et parfaite pour 3 (2 adultes et 1 enfant). Le petit déjeuner était bon et varié et le personnel était très sympathique. On peut garer la voiture dans un parking couvert (payant).
Le restaurant est agréable mais les plats n’étaient pas à notre goût.

Mi experiencia en Hilton Garden Inn Sevilla ha sido una de las peores que he vivido viajando, y deja una imagen muy negativa de una marca que se supone representa profesionalismo y altos estándares.
Tenía una reserva confirmada a través de Booking, viajaba a Sevilla por turismo, y solo una hora antes de mi llegada, alrededor de las 04:30 de la madrugada, mi reserva fue cancelada unilateralmente, sin ofrecer ninguna solución alternativa ni asistencia.
A pesar de la cancelación, me presenté personalmente en el hotel para pedir explicaciones. La respuesta fue que “el hotel estaba completo”, algo totalmente incoherente, ya que en ese mismo momento el hotel seguía mostrando habitaciones disponibles en Booking, incluso delante de mí.
La actitud del personal fue fría, indiferente y poco profesional. La sensación que me transmitieron fue que mi nacionalidad (ser albanés) influyó directamente en la decisión de no alojarme, a pesar de tener una reserva válida. Esto es extremadamente grave y completamente inaceptable para un hotel internacional en pleno 2026.
Cabe destacar que yo mismo trabajo en el sector turístico/hotelero, y siempre trato a los clientes con respeto, independientemente de su origen. Lo que viví aquí fue una falta total de profesionalidad, empatía y respeto humano.
Quedarme de madrugada, en una ciudad desconocida, sin alojamiento, después de un largo viaje, es una situación muy estresante — y más aún cuando proviene de un hotel de la cadena Hilton.
Esta experiencia:
• me dejó sin alojamiento en plena madrugada
• mostró un trato despectivo y poco respetuoso
• generó una clara sensación de discriminación
• destruyó completamente mi confianza en este hotel y en la marca
No recomiendo este hotel a nadie, especialmente a viajeros internacionales. Un hotel que cancela reservas en el último momento y no asume responsabilidad por el cliente no es digno de confianza.
Hotel overall excellent. The staff were so so nice there, could not fault them. They did everything they could to make our stay amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful even though we don't speak Spanish. Breakfasts excellent.
Nothing about the hotel itself. It was a bit far from central Seville.
