Good for the purpose of being near an airport hotel (not for exploring Seville)

We had family interconnecting rooms which were perfect for a family with three kids

I wish I knew about the free of charge laundry room - I would have bought laundry detergent with me to prepare my clothes for departure - great facility to have on offer
The surroundings are not nice - it's some sort of industrial area but it's good again for the purpose of being next to the airport if that's all you need
Location - 15-20 minute drive to the city centre, located in a quiet "office-like" area, with restaurants nearby and a huge Carrefour a few mins drive away.
Parking - Free street parking spaces right outside the hotel, which was an added bonus. The hotel's underground secure parking is paid.
Breakfast - Decent variety, but the quality of food could have been better for the price you pay. Eggs, breads, cheese, meat, cereal, juice, coffee, the usual continental stuff, with the added excitement of a waffle-maker that made fresh waffles for the kids (and adults!). Enough to get you going in the morning if you want something to fill you up.
Staff - Very friendly and polite.
Cleanliness - Very clean room, which was the main thing. Spacious bathroom with nice toiletries (handwash, shampoo, body wash and body lotion).
Room - Room was a delight - very large and spacious, possibly the biggest on the floor. Two double beds with an extra pull-out sofa bed for two adults and two children was perfect. Comfy beds and pillows.
Nothing - the hotel was well-worth the money and the most comfortable stay of our 9-day trip across Spain,

The rooms size is ok though the furniture is very basic. Breakfast buffet ok options but the quality was not great. It felt more as a canteen food rather than 4* Hotel buffet.
We were quite disappointed with this hotel comparing the reality to the photos that they use on booking. The photos are edited and don't reflect the reality accurately. To start with, the hotel is in a very remote location, outside the city close to one of the residential neighbourhoods. The only ways to reach the city center are taxi, uber or the public transport. And it's at least 20mins ride if the traffic is good. Expect to pay at least 15 euro for the taxi (one way). Hotel is next to the cement factory. When I say ''next'' that literally means that factory is behind the fence and that's what we saw through our window. Mountains of sand, the factory and the petrol station. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are not very high. The bathroom walls had mold and there was always a humidity smell. The stuff was not friendly and with the attitude. It felt like their are doing us some kind of favor by doing their job.
