It was excellent. My wife appreciated the bathroom as she has mobility issues.

Having difficulty getting answer on internal phone, so operator, housekeeping, reception, services etc. I tried all to ask about wifi password but no answer. Finally got thru to operator after a couple of attempts.

Instalaciones modernas, personal muy amable, limpieza y seriedad.

Cons:

Hay mejores ubicaciones pero depende del motivo del viaje. Quizás el acceso al parking debería estar mejor señalizado ya que hay otro muy cercano al Hotel y puede dar lugar a confusión

Stay somewhere else
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and great facilities but it’s in the middle of an industrial estate right next to a very noisy and smelly cement plant which is very visible from the pool and both the rooms I booked. Extremely disappointed

Great hotel, in a great location with easy access to city centre and great aircon
Pros:

The rooms are a great size , very clean, very comfortable beds and great aircon. The staff very friendly . The location suited us , cheap bus around the corner or uber into city centre , it was nice to visit local restaurants where the local residents eat plus having the pool in the afternoons was amazing and needed in the heatwave . I would stay here again and recommend

Our room had an adjoining door to next room
And the people in there had argument in early hours and because of the door could hear them a lot even throat clearing , luckily had ear plugs . The hotel can’t help how noisy some guests are but I would ask for a room that didn’t have an adjoining door , it may be because we had a twin room . We had earplugs and it didn’t ruin our stay but just worth noting

Muy fuerte olor a tabaco que venía de la habitación colindante.
Se ha limpiado con ozono pero no fue suficiente, el humo seguía entrando a través de las puertas que intercomunican con la habitacion vecina.
