It was good hotel. Good staff over there. They act very fast

エルナクラムのメインストリートから2.3分の場所にあり観光には便利でした。フォートコーチン行きの船乗り場までも徒歩圏内です。清潔でスタッフも親切でしたがネット環境があまり良くなく基本的に遅く、夜中ずっと繋がらない時もありました。
帰りの空港までタクシーを頼もうとしたが1200ルピーと言われたのでuberを使いました。場所が良かったのか朝5時という時間帯にもかかわらず数分でドライバーがつかまり、空港までも700ルピー弱でした。

sheets thin and torn, closet fell off ,no hinge attachment, floors miss numbered, arranged airport pickup and after 1 hour of numerous calls I arranged my own transportation, upon arriving I was obviously not well and was charged for the water that was given to me....need I say more

無料WiFiがあるので利用。バスターミナル、鉄道駅、フォートコーチンへのフェリー乗り場まで徒歩圏内。部屋はデラックスにしたので、広くて快適。朝食付きだったが8時からということで食べれなかった。空港までのタクシーサービス1200ルピア。

It was adequate for what we needed but expensive for the area.

Room was comfortable and clean. Food was ordinary.

Good location ,very near by KTDC(Kerala Tourism Dev. Corp.).
It is easy to join Kerala Tours.

this is a choice when other hotels are full. everything is ok.

Nice hotel for the price. Little be issue with accessibility if you have 10+ seater vehicle. Breakfast was excellent

Wir haben ein Hotel ohne Schnickschnack in der Nähe v. MG Road gesucht um Einkäufe zu erledigen. Die Anforderungen wurden zu einem guten Preis (34€) erfüllt.

a safe "westernized" option but the hotel was more remote than some, the a/c was very noisy. the sealed windows (required to keep the mosquitoes out) had gaps around them. the restaurant menu had quite a few things listed that were not available.
However, the hotel was very clean & the staff very friendly and helpful.

Good accommodation. Rooms are very clean. Food is also good.I am satisfied in the stay at the hotel.

There was a Mercedes parked in the lobby which blocked the way to the so called parking lot so we had to park it on the way . Small place . Breakfast was horrible and no eggs to order as there were busy on that day !!!! Icing on the cake was the security who takes ages to get the car key .

Great girl closer to bus and train stations in emakulum, cochin. Stayed for a quick overnight and it was perfect. Great bed, super clean, really nice bathroom, good AC, hot water abd helpful staff. Room service was great and cheap too!

It was an exciting experience for the four days or so that I stayed there. I was received by very polite people who were always willing to give me a helping hand.

A wonderful hotel for business travelers. Although located a little awkwardly, once inside the room, the traveler tends to forget the pain suffered in locating the hotel. Rooms are a little smaller but nicely made up with all basic amenities. will certainly recommend to fellow travelers, looking for a night or two stay during business trips.

Ideal position in Ernakulum, good access to ferry to Islands, and shops. Although it is on a back street and auto drivers didn't know where it was. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were modern and colourful, very comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Would definitely go back again, we had three nights and then returned for a night after a trip to Munnar

Overall experience was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The stay was calm and quiet with no disturbance in any way.

Hotel is located in mg road which is close to most of the shopping areas which really helped. Hotel is in mint condition with lovely white decor. Reception can be better and the restaurant needs improvement. Food is bland most of the time. Dont choose rooms on the ground floor or else you ll be constantly disturbed by the guests in the reception.
