Pros:

We had a lovely stay. The room was quite comfortable, although the bed was a little too soft. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. There's a shopping mall just a 5-minute walk from the hotel that has lots of great restaurant choices. The subway is close, and it's also very convenient to get a taxi. Great swimming pool. Excellent shower in the room as well. I would stay at the Hilton again.

Great property. Amazing common areas. Centrally located but not in the most bustling area. The only small inconvenient for me was that air conditioning was not powerful enough and I was there during hot and humid days. The staff is very friendly and no troubles communicating in English.

interesting hotel experience with washing machine in the room. Bathtub is not function, sofa and interior has shown old and aged damage marks. But clean bed sheet.

I'd be happy to stay here again for the comfortable bed and room, affordable price, and swimming/fitness center. The room was quite nice; I slept well; the bathroom and Evelyn and Crabtree toiletries were great. It wasn't as easy to work, though, as the internet was spotty. Sometimes I had to reconnect repeatedly, and my screen froze a few times and caused one online meeting to be postponed. The speed and reliability of the internet should be improved. Service was overall good in the end, but it can take effort or time to find someone who can speak English. Some staff were really great, and all were friendly. The few meals I had at the hotel were all right. I had a good massage at the spa, but it was rather pricey for the city. The hotel location is right across the street from the excellent Hebei Museum, and it's easy to get a taxi or Didi to visit great local sights like Longxing Temple and the Zhengding city wall area. There are air purifiers throughout the hotel to help with the pollution. This Hilton is a good choice for the SJZ.
