The staff were very helpful, attentive and hospitable. The location was very central but didn’t feel busy or loud. Great value for money, and availability of facilities. I also had the most incredible Balinese massage.
It wasn’t the cleanest, there were spatters on the walls/lampshade in my room. The pool area also didn’t feel very clean, I wiped down the lounger before using.
I had a wonderful breakfast experience at Goldfinch Hotel. The spread was impressive, with a great variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options to choose from. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. From classic breakfast staples to regional and continental dishes, the variety truly catered to all tastes. The quality of ingredients and presentation stood out, making the meal even more enjoyable. The service was prompt and courteous, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. I genuinely loved the breakfast and would highly recommend it to anyone staying at the hotel. Definitely a great start to the day!

The Banjara restaurants and staff is why I have given 5 stars for their high quality and great guest service. The vegan and vegetarian options were brilliant. The food is delicious and flavoursome and fresh. They ensured that we had dairy free milk and options. We stayed at the hotel for a week and the staff and managers were attentive and made our visit memorable. They catered to our tastes and were warm and friendly. I special thanks to the talented chef Bapan; Mr Jayenra; Mr Sany, Mr Jang.
The location is good, you can get ubers and autos easily and it's about 15 minutes drive to Oberoi Mall. The Banjara restaurant staff (Chef Bapan, Mr Jayenra, Mr Sany, Mr Sovan, Miss Sajal, and miss Sakshi) were so kind, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, they had many veg and vegan options and had soya milk for us daily. The hotel staff meet needs quickly, the doormen are so friendly and helpful, and we had a great stay! Beautiful rooftop for events too.
Chef Sanoy has made excellent podi sambhar with lots of moringas… Great experience
