Everything was poorly handled. Never was able to stay…they canceled before my arrival but not on booking.com (by email). Then I saw a mouse running through the lobby and they were rude about the cancellation so I left.

It was not kind a stay I was expecting. This stay will be remembered in a bad way.
Cons:

Staffs at the reception are not friendly and welcoming.

For no reason my booking was marked cancelled which was still valid and confirmed in the booking app.

Breakfast is comforting.
Lunch ans dinner available on order
Good washrooms

Cons
No lift in the building that had my room.
Early checkin is not entertained. You are asked to wait till 11am atleast.
Cost is little higher compared to the amenities
