It was good value for money. I felt I got more than I paid for.
We had an amazing stay. If you’re in India just remember to take it easy; things will get lost in translation. This hotel is in a really good spot, staff were friendly and helped as much as they could. I paid on the last day for my room and asked it to be cut ahort
I liked proximity to places i wanted to go
We got 2 rooms on the second floor and both had roaches.

Hardly enough for two people
This hotel is not accurately represented on the website. It is rundown and the beds are uncomfortable. The staff working the registration is slow, and it feels as if this is the first time they're running a hotel. There's very little cellphone reception in this area and their WiFi doesn't work well. All of these deficiencies would be fine if it just advertised itself as a two star hotel, but it is too shabby to merit the price tag. It's in a good area, but you'll likely be able to find a better hotel for the same rate.
Good stay good locality clean rooms but limited breakfast - plus point is the sadness to deer park where u can take a nice walk
Decent hotel within 15 minute walk of Hauz Khas entertainment area.
Quite nice hotel, however it is very difficult to find, even for locals. Could do with more signage.
Not so good staff especially at reception.
Friendly staff
Breakfast is included but it's served in the room. Freshly made!
It's was a difficult for the taxi driver to find it at night.
The hotel is simple but has everything I needed - nice clean room with good aircon and internet, great location (very close to the metro, the lovely green park area, and nice places to eat). The lobby is a bit pokey and hard to find which makes it feel more like a guest house than a hotel, and probably explains why it seemed to be better value than most hotels in the area. For me i'd much rather save that money and stay here - as both room and location (the things which matter to me the most) were very good. Would definitely stay again!
I stayed tbere for business visit. Though the food was good but was expensive. Rooms are not sound proof.
For 1 or 2 days stay it is good at that price.
I chose the hotel for its free Wifi, proximity to Metro station and in-house restaurant. The Clay Oven was excellent - I had many meals from them and would argue that the best food I had during my stay was all from the in-house restaurant! The location was also excellent - within 5 minutes walk of a Metro station. I also discovered a lovely market area nearby, with upmarket coffee shops and sweetmeat stores. While everything was great, the hotel is inconspicuously tucked down a side road so almost no driver was able to find it - thankfully I could get off at the Metro station and walk :)
Westerners will consider this a no-frills hotel, but it does the basics quite well. It's clean, the staff is helpful, the WiFi works. The attached restaurant has good north Indian food.
It's a 5-minute walk from the Green Park metro station, but if you're coming to the hotel for the first time you'd better take a taxi -- you'll never find it on your own. You can walk to Green Market's shops, including the wonderful Evergreen Sweet Shop, and to the happening hub of Hauz Khas Village, full of restaurants, bars, and boutiques.
Very nice experience with this hotel , location is not good but room, staff, clean of room really good.
I stayed during february 2015 in this hotel during a business trip. It is a really nice hotel, clean rooms, each with cable TV, A/C, WiFi, and includes breakfast at your room, which you chose the night before according to your preferences.
About the location, I was travelling alone and felt really safe walking around the neighbourhood. Also, is 5 minutes walk to Green Park metro station (which you can take to Old Delhi) and close by to Diplomatic Enclave, where I had to go for business.
Staff was great, always really helpfull, and they have partner taxis that can drive you around. This is good because you know you are safe and they won't charge you more than they should.
It was an overall good experience.
It is a very residential neighbourhood and hopefully was a safe neighbourhood as well. The taxi driver had some difficulty finding the location of the hotel, despite the detailed address and specification that it was close to a certain cinema etc.
I stayed on the first floor in a room overlooking the street, so during the traffic hours, the room was very noisy and not very pleasant! The bathroom shower faucet came off when I tried to turn it for my morning shower, and fortunately, I was able to fix it back on, but it came as a shock that a hotel that charges more than 80 dollars a night has such ill-kept and poor facilties.
The room service food was also extremely overpriced for the fare they served, not worth the prices they charged!
So I think I would prefer to look for a hotel elsewhere for the rates they charge!
We only stayed one night at the end of our holiday, but we're very happy with it.
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights . room was good ac fridge TV etc all were provided ....It is not a very big hotel and some how that spaceous feeling doesn't arrive although rooms were good and spacious
Located in a porsh area and good market around. Good WiFi and breakfast . if planning for a business trip I would advice you to stay here as the breakfast I also served in the room and this saves time
