שהינו במלון במשך שבוע, זוג עם שלושה ילדים, והחוויה שלנו הייתה מצוינת.

הדבר שהכי בלט עבורנו היה הצוות – פשוט נפלא! כולם היו סופר נחמדים, אדיבים ושירותיים, ברמה שקשה לתאר. תמיד קיבלו אותנו בחיוך ושמחו לעזור בכל שאלה או בקשה.

הבריכה מקסימה, עם נוף יפהפה להרים, וארוחת הבוקר מגוונת מאוד ובהחלט סיפקה את כל מה שרצינו. הבנו שגם המסעדה של המלון נחשבת טובה ומומלצת, אך מכיוון שטיילנו הרבה באזור, העדפנו לאכול במקומות שבהם ביקרנו ולכן כמעט שלא יצא לנו לאכול במסעדת המלון.

כן חשוב לציין נקודה אחת: ביומיים הראשונים שהינו בחדרים בקומה התחתונה ביותר, ושם היה ריח לא נעים של ביוב. פנינו לקבלה וביקשנו לעבור לחדרים אחרים. למרות שהמלון היה בתפוסה מלאה, הצוות טיפל בבקשה במהירות וביעילות, ותוך יום העביר אותנו לחדרים משודרגים ונוחים מאוד בקומה 0, שפנו לכיוון הבריכה. הטיפול היה מצוין ולשביעות רצוננו המלאה.

בסופו של דבר נהנינו מאוד מהשהייה. הצוות המדהים והשירות שקיבלנו בהחלט השאירו אצלנו רושם מצוין. נשמח לחזור למלון בעתיד, רק נעדיף להזמין חדר בקומה 0 ומעלה ולא בקומה התחתונה ביותר.

חדרים בקומה מינוס 1 היו עם ריח חריך של ביוב ברמה שלא ניתן לישון בהם .אך טיפלו בנו מאוד מהר והעבירו אותנו לחדרים משודרגים בקומה 0 יחסית מהר מאוד למרות התפוסה המלאה ,תודה לצוות המלון .

Perfect! Zou het iedereen aanraden!
Pros:

Personeel was ontzettend aardig en gastvrij. Het ontbijt was erg goed, met veel keuze uit verschillende zoete lekkernijen. Het barretje bij het zwembad was gezellig en de service was prima. Het zwembad zelf was erg schoon en goed onderhouden. De kamers werden dagelijks netjes schoongemaakt. Daarnaast was de parkeergarage onder het hotel een groot pluspunt.

Cons:

Er viel eigenlijk niets tegen aan ons verblijf. Als klein verbeterpunt zou het ontbijt wat mij betreft iets meer hartige opties mogen bevatten. Daarnaast was het bed aan de harde kant en had een grote spiegel op de kamer een fijne toevoeging geweest. Dit zijn echter slechts details en hebben geen negatieve invloed gehad op onze ervaring. Al met al een zeer prettig verblijf. We zouden dit hotel zeker aanraden en komen graag nog eens terug!

Pros:

השם של המלון קצת "הורס" מלון טוב סה"כ נהננו מאוד.
היינו זוג עם שלושה ילדים הבריכה קטנה מאוד המיקום מעולה.
היו קשובים מאוד לצרכים שלנו לדוגמא עם המאכלים לארוחת הערב וכול'.
