Pros:

Beliggenhet nær flyplassen passer meg fint. Service orientert ledelse og ansatte ved hotellet gjør det enkelt å rette opp eventuelle feil. Enkelt å få byttet rommet der wifi ikke var helt på topp til et nytt der alt fungerte veldig bra.

Cons:

Utvalget av mat til frokost.

Just not satisfied with the room

Near the airport

Cons:

I chose a non-smoking room but the room smelled strongly of cigarettes which was unpleasant
Cleanliness is not satisfactory. Bed sheets, quilt , pillow cases still have dirty stain and should be replaced with new ones. The original white color has turned gray. Very disgusting. The toilet smells bad. The swimming pool is also not cleaned.

Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

the room smells musty/sewage-like, and not just the room but also the general toilets near the terrace/restaurant, so it must be a general problem. they tried to fix it but nothing helped.
the bathroom has an entire glass door facing directly to the beds which makes it impossible to sneak to the toilet without waking the other person in the room. the bedlinnen looks dingy. the swimming pool water didn't look too clean, not very inviting - nor does the swimming pool has sunbeds.

Ketenangan antar kamar sangat terjaga dan kedap, walau ada anak teriak2 di kamar sebelah kekedapan setiap kamar bagus bgt.

Cons:

Untuk hari ke 2 saya tidak mendapatkan kopi dan tea sachet nya, sehingga saat akan memerlukan kopi pagi saya tidak dapatkan.
