Super wie immer!
Pros:

Ich war bereits vor der Renovierung dort, und viel verändert hat sich in den Zimmern nicht. Es gab ein paar neue Möbel aber ansonsten ist es gleich wie zuvor. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wenn man etwas mehr Gepäck dabei hat ist der Platz etwas eng aber wenn man es gewöhnt ist aus dem Koffer zu leben sollte es kein Problem sein.

Overall a good stay
Pros:

It is what you expect so you get what you expect. It was overall very clean and the staff was super friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn‘t top. Don‘t get me wrong, it wasn‘t bad, just nothing special. Next time around I‘d probably skip it.

만족하지만 2% 아쉬움
Pros:

익선동 및 주요 궁궐과의 접근성 훌륭. 객실도 만족

Cons:

사용자 입장을 고려한 세심함이 2% 부족함. 욕실에 린스와 로션이 없음. 옷걸이 불편. 그리고 헤어 드라이어의 위치가 아쉬움. 일단 욕실에 없어서 찾으러 나와야 하고, 찾은 다음에는 플러그를 어디에 꽂아서 써야할지 또 잠깐의 고민이 필요. 티비가 갑자기 켜지고 채널이 선택됨. 추정컨대 인근 방에서 리모컨 사용 영향인듯.

Amazing Breakfast
Pros:

IBIS Ambassador Seoul Insadong went way beyond our expectations and gave us the most healthy and delicious breakfast in a neatly packed box to ensure we had our first meal inspite of leaving very very early in the morning.
A big thank you to the Breakfast team of the hotel. Very well done. So thankful.
Really loved it.

Toller Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Aussicht auf den Namsan und den N Seoul Tower. Zimmer im Ibis Stil - also ohne Schrank und mit einer Duschkabine aus Plastik. Ansonsten sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Dachterasse war super und das heisse Bad im Keller perfekt um nach einem langen Sightseeing-Tag zu entspannen. Lage perfekt um vieles zu Fuss zu erkunden.

Alice and Lina at the front desk are amazing!
Pros:

I had an amazing experience with the staff at the Ibis. I came in needing help with a specific situation: I had sprained my ankle and wanted to donate my crutches rather than throw them out. Alice and Lina at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful. They went out of their way to find a community center that would take the crutches and even offered to personally deliver them on Monday since I was leaving town Saturday before the center opened. I am so grateful for their help and their gracious attitude to help a neighbor in need. Thank you so much!

Konum, odaların temizliği ve büyüklüğü bence gayet güzeldi. Çamaşır yıkama kurutma alanı oldukça kullanışlıydı.
