Great location, staff and facilities
Pros:

Pros:

Personel cudowny. Wszyscy pracownicy uśmiechnięci i bardzo pomocni.
Dobra lokalizacja. Około 9 minut piechotą do stacji metra. Sklep, kantor Vis a Vis hotelu.
W pobliskiej uliczce tradycyjne domki w których znajdują się restauracje.

Good location and rooms, but several strange organizational choices lower the score
Pros:

We liked the size of the rooms with comfortable beds and a good shower. The hot bath in the basements was a real treat especially on colder and rainy days. The gym looked well equipped. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is outstanding, just on the edge of the hanouk district of Insadong with tons of interesting cafes, restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The air condition in the rooms can only be adjusted in-room on floor 10 (according to the front desk), which is a weird design decision and inconvenient if you are not happy with the pre-set values. There is not enough shelf space in the rooms, so we could not unpack our suitcases. The rooftop terrace is small and has an unfurnished feel, as if someone just put a couple of chairs and tables on the roof. Water coolers exist only on some floors, but not on others. The breakfast is uninspired: there is enough food, but none of it stands out and the arrangement is rather strange. The breakfast is also very badly organized: there is usually a long queue to get in even though there are free tables, because only one member of staff is allowed to lead guests to their table. There is also a long queue in front of the coffeemachine, which regularly runs out of cups. There are a number of other small inconveniences that all point to a system that has not been thought through.

Awesome location right in the heart of Insadong
Pros:

Absolutely best location for a visit to Seoul.

There’s so many restaurants and bars so near.

Pretty intense when you arrive but is great when you acclimatise.

Clean, tidy and central.

I love this place
Pros:

Fantastic location!! Close to so many good sights. Excellent staff. Great value breakfast. Right beside ikseondong. 2 minutes walk to 3il-gi-lo subway station. Very hard to beat.

Pros:

The hotel was in a great location for the foodie lovers, so many places to choose from and all at your doorstep.
The room was a great size and everything clean and comfortable.
The staff were all very helpful and professional would definitely recommend this hotel.
