Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est en plein cœur de Séoul, à quelques minutes à pied des palais, de la station de métro et avec un village Hanok juste en face. Le personnel était très bon et très professionnel et la chambre dispose de tout les équipements.

Wedding visit to Seoul
Pros:

The staff were very helpful & friendly.
The beds & pillows were so fluffy & comfortable. Good location.

Cons:

The air conditioning control unit in the room wasn't working, when we queried this at reception we were told that it is on a central system despite separate control panel in our room. This was very dissapointing as it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel we were given a fan & told to open the window which didn't really help much as it was very warm at night which disturbed our sleep.

Also the in-house laundry service was expensive - £14 to have 3 tee shirts + 1pr sleep shorts washed & dried ( not even ironed).
There was a self service coin operated laundry available but as we were in Seoul for my sons wedding we really didn't have time to do our own laundry.

Excellent property in Seoul
Pros:

Superb location in Ikseon-dong. Having the Hanok village on the doorstep was amazing, it was great for ambience and offerings of food and shops, and we visited multiple cafes and restaurants there for our meals during the stay.

The room was modern and clean. Comfortable beds and a good bathroom. Front desk staff were excellent when checking in and when storing bags on our check out day.

Only around a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station which has great links to some major nearby attractions including two of the major palaces.

Cons:

Only issue we had was that the temperature controls in the room were heating only so the room was a little warmer than was comfortable without opening the window. It may be that air con is available in the summer but perhaps it is disabled in winter and spring, but it was a warm few days in March when we stayed so it would have been nice to be able to collect the room more.
