Fantastic location and excellent staff
Pros:

Great service. Excellent location. Comfy beds and a good sized room. Prompt service when the sink was blocked. Interesting selection of breakfast food. Awesome that we were able to store bags for a while on the day we left. Great system

Pros:

The location is pleasant near the subway station, overall atmosphere is calm and nice. Our twin room was clean and made up daily. I appreciate the efforts the hotel makes to save the planet - the water dispenser instead of bottled water was amazing. Never had problems with noise. We used the hotel breakfast buffet and it was well organized and offered enough options. We also found the sharing umbrellas program interesting on the rainy days. All the staff is really kind and helpful, especially Miss Leah and Mr Robert at the reception. It was a great stay and we are definitely coming back again.
