Good location but motel in need of an overhaul.

Cons:

Very tired property. The bunk beds our children slept in were so noisy that anytime one of them moved the entire bunk made noise. Kept us all awake. Hot tub wasn’t clean.

great location opposite lake , easy walk to restaurants

Cons:

We booked a lakefront queen apartment with a balcony, but were assigned a downstairs apartment with an obscured view over the garden beds and a patio instead. While the apartment was still lovely and technically lake-facing, it didn’t have the uninterrupted views that the upstairs balcony rooms offer. As we paid the same price as those rooms, we were a little disappointed with the allocation. Perhaps the description could be worded more clearly, or there could be slightly different pricing to reflect the difference in views

Perfect for putting your feet up after looking around Tāupo
Pros:

Location was great I think it took me 10-15 minutes to walk to town. Nice to be close to the waterfront too! Plenty of parking. Nice pool. Great to have a bath too (bonus!)

Cons:

I think the Spa Pool could have been warmer and maintained I couldn’t figure out if the jets worked. It has a lot to offer for people who wish to not spend much on accommodation. But have all the facilities that you need.

The staff were excellent.The restaurant food was superb.The accomodation needs to be updated.The bed was ok

Cons:

Bathroom toilet was too far forward from the suite.The bath was too narrow so the shower curtain was pressed up against your body.My brother found it hard to get in and out of the bath

Der pool und der spa pool waren ganz nett. Die Zimmer sind an sich gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht.

Cons:

Der Geruch in dem Zimmer war etwas komisch außerdem muss man etwas glück haben um einen Parkplatz vor dem hotel zu bekommen, aber auch an der Straße ist genug platz zum parken.

Nice comfy beds, Social Club Restaurant 👌 food was Devine and the service was top notch.

Cons:

Room definitely needs some maintenance, I got locked in the bathroom, dodgy lock on door wouldn't open.
Walls/ceiling thin can hear ppl walking upstairs and ppl in the hallways.
