Front desk were nice. Restaurant food was good and plentiful
Pros:

The restaurant served two good meals. The fan heater worked well in the room. It was a neat touch to add a plug board to supplement the two usable sockets

Staff are lovely.

Slightly run down. Bins not emptied, Christmas message still up, laundry left outside doors where guests walk. Our room was located under the stairs we had a lot of noise from the family above from as early as 4am. We could hear the neighbouring room snoring alllll night long.

Fair for the cheap price glad to hav sky movie channel

Rooms were too small no where for my suitcase needed shelves in bathroom to put my toilet bag on .no air con in room had to leave window open a little bit

Not happy!
Pros:

Accommodation was close to town & had a nice view of the lake.

Cons:

On arrival i rang the bell multiple times, I could hear them talking so I knew they heard me, after 10mins I yelled out, a lady came out said I had interrupted her eating her lunch. Bar manager was rude also on multiple occasions, bed was hard & uncomfortable. Won't be staying here again.

Small room. No facilities (fridge or kitchen) is called suite but too small for 2 people would be just big enough for just 1. Curtains and blinds defect. Way to expensive for this kind of room
