A pleasant stay
Pros:

Great location near to the city centre. Shopping Malls are a short can ride away.
Staff are attentive and the food is very tasty with great variety.

Cons:

There is a 3 euro charge for Turkish coffee even though it’s an all inclusive.

The bedrooms are very small.

Pros:

Hotel was clean and quiet. The buffet restaurant was great with numerous meal options.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a smell of cigarettes inside indoor swimming pool. The sould do something with it as it is big concern for people who don't smoke or pregnant women.

Cons:

Music and partying until early hours of the morning each night. Not good when you have children. Noise was unbearable. Many of us complained but nothing qas done about it

Nice Hotel used to recuperate after a surgery
Pros:

Room was good. Nice size room and nice bathroom and shower. We had a sea view. Fridge in room and water bottles stocked daily. Room cleaned daily tea and coffee provided with a kettle. Went out of season so outdoor pool not open. All staff were very pleasant. Would we go back? We would use this hotel again for the reason we used it this time (surgery)

Cons:

We are not a fan of all inclusive. Food was very nice and good choice of salads soups main courses and cakes etc. For us it just got a bit monotonous. Didn't really take advantage of the alcohol on offer because of circumstances.

A clean and quiet hotel with excellent facilities and delicious food.
Pros:

The food was incredible all of the time, I loved the variety and that the food wasn’t the same every day.

Cons:

The outside pools were not in use, we didn’t know about this and I know it was out of season but it would have been nice to know before we went.

Exceptional hotel unlike any other
Pros:

Very thing exceeded my expectations from the cleanliness to the hospitality and helpful staff and the perfect location and views with breathtaking nature surrounding. The spa and gym facilities were useful and to a high standard with spacious changing rooms. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with high quality food catering to the British cuisine as well as the meditarenain diet. Rooms were cleaned every day. I will always stay at falcon when in Antalya now.

Cons:

Outdoor pool closure in February.
