Pros:

Un hôtel où l’on revient toujours avec beaucoup de plaisir ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Je séjourne chaque année au Falcon Hotel et c’est toujours un immense plaisir d’y revenir. C’est un hôtel à l’ambiance chaleureuse et familiale, où l’on se sent vraiment bien.

J’apprécie tout particulièrement les cours de yoga, de Pilates et de step aérobic animés par Anastasia, qui est absolument formidable ! Très professionnelle, passionnée et toujours souriante, elle fait preuve d’une grande gentillesse et d’un dévouement remarquable. Son excellent niveau lui permet de proposer des cours de qualité tout en sachant parfaitement s’adapter à chacun, quel que soit son niveau. C’est un véritable bonheur de participer à ses activités et elle contribue énormément à la réussite de mes séjours !

Je tiens également à souligner la gentillesse et l’attention de l’ensemble du personnel, notamment Omer, au service, qui se distingue par sa discrétion, sa bienveillance et sa capacité à anticiper les besoins des clients. Toujours attentionné, sans jamais être envahissant, il est très agréable.

Un grand merci également aux dames de ménage, qui prennent soin de nos chambres avec beaucoup d’attention et nous réservent toujours de délicates petites surprises.

Enfin, la nourriture est excellente, variée et de bonne qualité.

Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe du Falcon pour cette belle atmosphère et cette qualité d’accueil qui donnent envie de revenir année après année.

Le hammam nécessiterait une rénovation totale

Je regrette que l on ne puisse plus prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse et qu il n y ait plus l option de déjeuner sur la terrasse couverte en contre bas.

Шикарная транзитная остановка в Falcon Hotel!
Pros:

Красивый вид, отличный пирс, с которого можно спуститься в воду.

Персонал очень приветливый и внимательный, всегда готов помочь. Отдельный плюс, наличие русскоязычных сотрудников.

Kedves és segítőkész volt a személyzet. A szálloda szép, jó az elrendezése, illetve jók voltak a programok.

A stéget kicsit jobban ki lehetne építeni, hogy könnyebb legyen a tengert megközelíteni, illetve a tisztasággal vannak kisebb problémák (szoba tisztasága, illetve poharak és evőeszközök tisztasága).

Pros:

Das Essen war lecker. Man kann den ganzen Tag über etwas zu essen bekommen.
Abends kann man wählen, ob man im Restaurant oder draußen auf der Terrasse essen möchte.
Es gibt immer genügend Liegen, vor allem am Strand direkt am Meer.
Die Rutsche befindet sich in der Nähe des Pools. Die Eltern können ihre Kinder dort gut im Blick behalten.
Das Personal an der Rezeption ist hilfsbereit. Auch die Reinigungskräfte sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Softdrinks sind in Ordnung.
Das Zimmer ist groß genug für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Die Betten sind in Ordnung. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher werden bei jeder Zimmerreinigung gewechselt.

Cons:

Der Rettungsschwimmer am Strand scheint eher selbst Urlaub zu machen, als tatsächlich seiner Arbeit nachzugehen.
Der Weg zum Meer führt über Treppen. Ein Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden, sodass der Zugang für manche Menschen schwierig oder sogar unmöglich ist.
Das Zimmer war veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Fugen im Badezimmer waren verschimmelt, die Dusche war kaputt und der Laminatboden im Zimmer war durch Wasser beschädigt.
Die übrigen Möbel im Zimmer waren in Ordnung.
Die Cocktails waren schlecht.

Äänieristys parvekkeen ovessa oli huono. Melu kuului 2. Kerrokseen esim moskeija rukous klo 6 aamulla.

Need to step up!
Pros:

Great location and easy access to all meals. Pleasant communal areas, and the grounds were well organised and clean.

Plenty of sun loungers for everyone, with no shortage of places to relax. A generous supply of bottled water in the room. The shower facilities were exceptionally clean and well maintained.

A wide selection of food, but unfortunately very repetitive and lacking in variety.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the staff seem disinterested and make very little effort to engage with guests. For the price we paid, I would expect a much higher standard of service, particularly in the restaurant.

On several occasions, we had to fetch our own bottled water from the dispensers or go to the bar ourselves, despite being seated at a table in the restaurant.

The lifts are incredibly slow, and the beds are rather hard. There is only one duvet (200 x 240 cm) on a double bed for two full-grown adults, which is far from ideal.

This is not somewhere I would want to stay for more than a week. Cats are everywhere – on the cushions, dining tables, chairs, inside the restaurant and even on the towels.

This was our 12th trip to Turkey, and we have stayed in places that were considerably cheaper and more basic, yet offered a much better standard of service. Very disappointing for the price.
