Exceptional hotel unlike any other
Pros:

Very thing exceeded my expectations from the cleanliness to the hospitality and helpful staff and the perfect location and views with breathtaking nature surrounding. The spa and gym facilities were useful and to a high standard with spacious changing rooms. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with high quality food catering to the British cuisine as well as the meditarenain diet. Rooms were cleaned every day. I will always stay at falcon when in Antalya now.

Cons:

Outdoor pool closure in February.
male cleaning staff entering women changing room which was inappropriate as a hijabi woman in a Muslim country.

Location good for me
Pros:

Location and front desk staff were very nice

Cons:

Restaurant and bar staff were miserable and one lady was just plain rude. The smell of cigarettes coming through the vents into my bedroom and the walls are paper thin, being war plugs. The food was now great for a veggie as just meat on offer for the hot section. The general communal area outside the rooms were not clean

Enjoyable stay overall, with some issues in cleanliness and parking.

I booked a sea view room and the view was genuinely beautiful.
Drinks and cocktails were well prepared.
The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help.

Cons:

There is no parking available at the hotel, and finding parking on the street is quite difficult.
The entrance does not match the overall appearance of the hotel.
The room cleanliness and condition were below my expectations.
