The hotel is in a good location in the city center, close to public transport,restaurants and shopping areas
-The service from the female staff was very poor.
-The room did not match the photos, there was a strange smell in the bathroom, and it was noisy at night, making it very hard to sleep.
-The bed was uncomfortable for my wife and me; they gave us two single beds pushed together, which were not comfortable at all.
-The room had no kettle, fridge, or coffee machine
-One night, my wife and I were stuck outside for 30 minutes between 11:30 PM and midnight because the hotel door wouldn’t open, and there was no one at the reception.
