Good location but not a 5* hotel
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location , easy access to everything in Salvador.
Front office staff was helpful and generally well spoken and greeted us well throughout our stay.
I however do not think this hotel is 5*, our travel agent booked this for us making us assured that it is a 5* hotel.
Rooms were just adequate, dark and windows were not cleaned well and could not really see the outside clearly . Bathrooms were very small, dated and in need of full refurbishment. Beds were however comfortable and we slept well.
Breakfast was what let us down the most as we travelled across Brazil this July as a family and stayed in amazing hotels across with great breakfast throughout but our last stop Salvador didn’t impress us with the quality of the hotel or the food. If you just want to use the hotel to sleep and use rest of the time to explore then this hotel should be okay but I would still struggle to give it no more than 3* for the state of the rooms and facilities on offer.

Uma delícia de viagem, me hospedaria novamente, com certeza!
Pros:

O café da manhã era excelente, mas com poucas opções veganas. A equipe de profissionais é incrível, todos atenciosos e conseguiram resolver os poucos problemas que tivemos.

Cons:

O restaurante deixou um tanto a desejar no nosso penúltimo dia. O mesmo prato que eu havia pedido anteriormente estava muito diferente, o molho estava sem tempero e líquido demais. O prato do meu companheiro também estava sem tempero. Percebemos que pessoas de outras mesas também estavam reclamando da demora de pratos, de refeições que estavam com ingredientes diferentes do que estava sendo mostrado no cardápio. Mas foi só naquele dia em específico.

Deixou a desejar em serviço e estrutura!

Cons:

Todos elevadores sociais em manutenção, bem como um elevador de serviço tbm. Acabamos subindo 9 andares de escada.
Outra questão foi que dois funcionários entraram no quarto mesmo com indicação de não entrar pendurado na porta.
A localização é muito boa, mas acho que o valor da diária nao condiz com o que o hotel entrega.

Pros:

A equipe muito educada e solicita. O café da manhã é bem variado além de poder pedir à la carte. Boa localização, perto da Marina e bons resturantes. O Hotel tem spa e cabelereiro.

Cons:

Acredito que no momento o hotel deva melhorar a manutenção. O banheiro do quarto que ficamos estava bem embolorado.

Pros:

Atendimento educado, solicito e atencioso! O restaurante do hotel também é muito bom! A academia é bem equipada, com maquinas modernas. Tem agua para você beber a qualquer momento. Chuveiro muito bom, ducha ótima! Cama confortável! O café da manhã é excelente, cheio de opções. So achei que os garçons do cafe da manha poderiam ser um pouco mais educados e preparados, não sabiam informaçoes básicas que eu perguntei e, quando a tapioca veio ruim, eles foram um pouquinho ríspidos.

Cons:

Não tem cofre no quarto, o que é ruim. De noite fica fila pro atendimento porque não colocam atendentes suficiente.

Boa localização, mas não oferece opções vegetarianas.

Da limpeza e localização e dos funcionários. Muito simpáticos.

Cons:

Do cardápio do restaurante. não tinha opções veganas. E porções muito pequenas. No café da manhã poderia haver opções veganas, queijo vegano tem em qualquer súper mercado hj. Os pratos também achamos muito caros do restaurante do hotel.
