Nel complesso mi sono trovata bene e il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Tuttavia, la struttura appare piuttosto datata e avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovata. A mio parere, gli standard non corrispondono pienamente a quelli che ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel a 5 stelle.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed my time at the hotel. However, the property feels rather dated and would benefit from some renovation. In my opinion, the overall standard does not fully match what one would normally expect from a 5-star hotel.

Perfeita do início ao fim
Pros:

A localização não é ao lado de nenhuma atração turística tradicional da cidade, então qualquer passeio necessita de condução mas a região é central e o hotel facilmente acessível. Quarto limpo, equipe atenciosa e prestativa, cama & chuveiro bons, café da manhã excelente. Ao lado do hotel há uma praça bonita e que, nos horários de maior movimento, se presta a uma visita a pé. O hotel estava em reformas mas todo o possível foi feito para atenuar os incômodos. Ficamos apenas uma noite e não usamos o restaurante para jantar, preferindo ir a um estabelecimento na calçada em frente para lanchar e que atendeu bem nossas expectativas. Chegamos a Salvador por via aérea durante o dia e para acessar a área urbana central usamos o metrô, limpo e prático; depois um táxi resolveu a questão até a porta do hotel.

Cons:

Não é exatamente um defeito: as janelas do quarto, com vista para a praça que citei no comentário anterior, eram um pouco encardidas pelo lado de fora, o que prejudicava a clareza da vista. Depois, vi que por toda a cidade há prédios com algo parecido. Talvez seja parte do jeito de levar a vida localmente. Enfim, é algo que em nada desabona a experiência excelente que tivemos na hospedagem, nós voltaríamos a esse hotel num retorno a Salvador.
