Pros:

ロケーションは良いです。

Cons:

・エレベータの中は香料がきつくて臭いです。
・部屋の遮音性が悪く、隣室の物音がかなり響きます。運が悪いといびきが聞こえてきます、それも何日も続けて。
・部屋のドアが厚いのか閉めるときの音がかなりうるさいです、振動も伝わってきます。
・清掃スタッフの作業がとてもうるさいです。毎回1度はクレームします。
・客層はあまり良くありません。グレードとしてビジネスホテルより下位なのでしょうがない面もあります。
・スタッフの対応は非常に事務的です。
・TVが地上波しか映りません。
