Pros:

The hotel staff were all very helpful and extremely nice. The hotel itself could use some updating, and the wifi connection is not very good at all.

Ich denke mal das Hotel hat seine beste Zeit hintersich. Das Zimmer war etwas abgewohnt. Das Personal am Pool war etwas überfordert und unfreundlich. Der Strand war sauber und genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Es ist ein typisches Familienhotel - nichts für Jemanden also der seine Ruhe sucht

Good, but need details on villa options

We stayed in a beach villa.
It was lovely and spacious - fit for a bigger group.
One this though, we were expecting to have direct access to the beach, and we were on the second floor over looking the beach. So this needs to be clarified on the two-bedroom villa option

I really can't understand how the average rating given in most of the reviews is so high. The staff in the hotel are generally friendly and helpful but that is where the positives end.
- For the price of the hotel per night, there are really very few facilities or dining options. Bear in mind that Khor Fakkan itself has limited dining and entertainment options for the evening as well.
- The room was very dirty, with lots of hair all over the floor, crumbs and etc. The rooms and hotel in general really need renovation.
- The walls are paper thin or we were just unlucky with two different sets of very noisy neighbors. Both nights in a row our neighbors had some big gathering/party in their room till about 4AM. We complained about this to the staff a couple of times but in the end had two terrible nights sleep
- There is a very pushy staff member selling massages, spa and salon services in the pool and beach area which is not appreciated
- The standard of the breakfast is abysmal. This is in no way the level of a 4 star hotel
- There is a massive construction site right next to the hotel for their expansion. The view North from the hotel is only a construction site, the view East/South is only of the industrial port.

I definitely wouldn't stay here again and would pick something in Fujairah center, Sandy Beach or towards Dibba for nicer areas with more facilities and better view

The lights in our room were controlled by a key card by the door. The wiring in the key card was faulty and our lights and power in the room kept turning off.

The worst attitude and disrespectful for client

You and the hotel are the worst u refused to refund me the money I paid although I didn’t stay at that hotel you had to return my money I didn’t even stay at the hotel they were so rude and so disrespectful and I am a client who has the right to take my money back when neither the hotel or the booking system have a respect for a problem they caused it

Worst service ever I try in my whole life staying at hotels.

1) I arrived, No one come to help with luggages, they are waiting inside to go to them and ask for help

2) After asking them to come and collect my luggages they took time

3) I forget my remote control for my Mi box, No one call me to tell me that I forget it there

4) After I call to ask for my Remote that I forgot, they said to me we will contact to room service and call you back!
Am waiting 2 hours waiting there call, No one call me back

5) I call them many times No answer, first time in my life call hotel too many times and No answer

I like Khorfakkan city but unfortunately the only hotel there is this one

Next time I prefer to stay in hotel 25 min near the city rather this worst hotel inside the city

Not Recommend at all 👎

Pros:

Unprofessional front-desk and housekeeping staff. Service and food quality is so bad. Swimming pool area not well maintained and has a very bad smell. This property doesn't deserve 4-star nor a resort ranking. Very disappointing!
