Good Hotel for Business Trip
Pros:

The Front staff is so Good and very helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast spread needs to improve a lot. The restaurant needs to be refurbished.

Pros:

接待處職員用心聆聽客人查詢及給與推介非常好吃的人氣餐廳！

餐廳員工好有禮貌

酒店可以延遲退房至下午2點⋯⋯極讃賞。
酒店四週有很多食店及百貨公司。
走路也能到達一些景點，如古運河、紅梅公園、天寧寺/天寧塔及青果港。

房內玻璃窗隔音差頗易聽到外面聲音。

酒店前台及餐廳員工非常有禮和樂於助人；酒店附近多食店又近青果巷非常方便。
Pros:

前台員工為了讓我們原本的標準雙人床房與其中兩間房位在同一樓層而自動升級我們一間房為家庭房。我們感到非常感謝！

另外吃早餐的餐廳整體員工也非常有禮貌和樂於助人！

Cons:

Dirty and disgusting chair and sofa (in-room). They appear to be cheapest and lowest quality.

The shower room door is the same door as the toilet door.
Once you take a shower, the door is wet and can no longer be used as toilet door. (otherwise, whole toilet is wet.)
