Uma estadia encantadora em Varenna, com uma equipe incrível, atendimento acolhedor e aquela sensação

Nossa experiência no Hotel Olivedo foi excelente. Desde o primeiro contato fomos muito bem recebidos. A proprietária Laura (se não me engano) merece um destaque especial: uma pessoa extremamente atenciosa, simpática, de alto astral e sempre preocupada em proporcionar a melhor experiência aos hóspedes.
O café da manhã é excelente, com muito cuidado nos detalhes, e toda a equipe foi extremamente prestativa, gentil e acolhedora. A localização também é maravilhosa e contribuiu muito para tornar nossa estadia em Varenna ainda mais especial.

Cons:

Foi praticamente tudo perfeito. O único ponto de melhoria foi em relação ao nosso quarto, que ficava no último andar e possuía uma claraboia que não estava totalmente vedada. Por conta disso, entrava bastante luz pela manhã e acabávamos acordando mais cedo do que o planejado.
Mas é algo simples de resolver e de não comprometeu nossa experiência.

Highly recommended family owned hotel in a fantastic location
Pros:

This is a fantastic traditional family owned hotel. The hospitality extended by TC, Luigi & Martina was exceptional. We had a lovely corner room on the second floor overlooking the lake with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. In June with the weather warming up, the aircon was efficient and very welcome after a day of exploring. The breakfast terrace was lovely and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed two dinners on the outside terrace at Locanda Cavallino next to the hotel. It is a short walk from the train station and adjacent to the ferry port. We hope for a return visit.

Pros:

A estadia foi perfeita, a senhora que nos recebeu foi extremamente simpática, nos sentimos como se fosse na casa de uma família italiana, o hotel é super vintage e fica em uma localização incrível mesmo em frente ao ponto dos Ferrys. O café da manhã era delicioso!!

O atendimento dos funcionários do café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar, não são simpáticos.

Pros:

Everything was wonderful, Tete was so very sweet, my room was comfortable, breakfast was delicious… location on the lake across from the ferry was convenient. A lift to the 3rd floor was helpful..I really enjoyed my time here. The fireworks display the night I arrived was spectacular!!

Hotel con cierto encanto, pero muy caro.
Pros:

Lo más me nos gustó fue su limpieza y el lugar donde estaba situado. Se veía el lago perfectamente. El desayuno también estuvo a la altura y el personal fue muy respetuoso y profesional.

Cons:

Tenía algunas humedades y grietas en las paredes. La decoración se podría actualizar aunque se conserve su encanto italiano. El precio es excesivo para las instalaciones que tiene. No cuenta con parking propio. Tuvimos que aparcar en la estación de tren (15€ por día).
