Très bel hôtel et très bon emplacement pour visiter les villages.
Pros:

L'emplacement exceptionnel juste en face de l'embarcadère, la chambre très grande et confortable avec une vue magnifique, le personnel très sympathique.
Pour info si vous voulez prendre des billets pour le bateau prenez-les avant 8h30 car après les Milanais débarquent en train et la file d'attente commence 😅

A localização em frente a estaca dos Ferries e a proximidade com a estação de comboios.
A simpatia de todos os funcionários.

Cons:

Não ter elevador quando tem quartos no 4o andar.
As janelas não estão bem vedadas por isso o vento para além de entrar fazia imenso barulho. A banheira não tinha cortinado e o teto era inclinado o que não permitia tomar banho normalmente de pé.

Lovely old fashioned hotel on the shores of Lake Como
Pros:

The hotel was ideally located a short walk to the train station, on the lake shore and just a few feet away from the ferries. Our room was very large and had a spectacular view of the lake. The bed was comfortable and cozy. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Really, it was wonderful. We were very happy to be there for six nights.

The room is clean and comfortable,location is 5 minutes walk from the train station and next to the ferry pier. Stable WiFi. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The staff are helpful
