I really liked the hotel, the staff were wonderful. They need new beds.
Pros:

Breakfast was really good. Location was far from town, so if you had a car or vespa that would be perfect. The bus stop is very close to hotel but only runs at 8 and 11am. Otherwise taxi is 20€

Cons:

The beds were not comfortable at all. It was like sleeping on a lumpy box spring.

Vista spettacolare e colazione di qualità, personale molto gentile e disponibile, camera molto confortevole.

Cons:

Da segnalare meglio nelle informazioni generali che ci sono scale, quindi non adatto a persone con difficoltà a deambulare. In alcuni punti forse dovrebbe essere rinnovato nel look ma in ogni caso l'ambiente rimane gradevole.
Ci torneremo sicuramente.

L'hotel dispone di un comodo parcheggio privato e si trova in una posizione strategica, perfetta per raggiungere facilmente sia La Spezia che Manarola.
Il personale è stato super disponibile e gentile, fornendo informazioni utili. Le camere offrono una bellissima vista mare.
Inoltre, è possibile acquistare la 5 Terre Card direttamente in reception, un servizio molto comodo per esplorare la zona. La colazione a buffet è abbondante (8€ a persona) e si può decidere se farla in hotel o altrove il giorno stesso.

Posizione fantastica, estremo potenziale

Cons:

Nel mazzo di chiavi della camera c'era una chiave che non apriva la porta principale della hall. Per fortuna ce ne siamo accorti subito altrimenti rischiavamo di rimanere fuori. Il personale è accorso quasi subito (il telefono non prende benissimo) e abbiamo risolto la situazione nel giro di 10 minuti

J’ai aimé la gentillesse et l’écoute du personnel. Je suis arrivée très fatiguée et la personne à la réception a été merveilleuse avec moi. Merci beaucoup
