Chambre mal insonorisée surtout chambre numéro 1 pres de l’escalier où les clients montent et descendent.

Très belle vue sur la mer, chambre calme et confortable.
Comme l'hôtel était à deux jours de la fermeture annuelle, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de clients, donc établissement calme mais une impression de vide un peu tristounet.

Cons:

L'hôtel est assez "loin de tout".
Fin de saison donc très très peu de clients, nous étions seuls au petit-déjeuner dans une grande salle-à-manger vide de chez vide.

Short stay but very comfortable and a short bus ride to Riomaggiore. Loved it!

Nice hotel but we couldn’t enjoy it.
Pros:

Really nice view and our experience could have been much more better. We had a bad experience because we believe the hotel should have been more orgnised, especially if the air con doesn’t work or works badly in a room.

Cons:

Our air con worked really badly and we stayed the night trying to figure how it worked. Because we thought it didn’t work, we decided to open the window and unfortunately 10 mosquitoes entered in the room. The hotel didn’t provide with anti-mosquitoes, they should have because they are way too many mosquitoes in the area.
It is mentioned that the reception at night is opened for “emergencies” and not “problems” so we didn’t consider calling them at 3am which is what we should have done. We slept 3hours that night…
The hotel offered us the breakfast for compensation.

Everything. The place is horrible. Pictures hide a lot. Located on a main road. Staff are rude. Rooms are outdated.
