Un hotel boutique de clase mundial.
Pros:

Extraordinario. Ubicación, comodidad, desayuno de excelente nivel, personal muy amable.
No tiene nada que envidiar a hoteles equivalentes de otras latitudes.

El espacio de la habitación y la vista. Excelente atención de Nicolás y el restaurante es en 10.

Cons:

Tener que compartir la tina caliente en el mismo horario con otros huéspedes

Agregaría un toldo en la terraza por las gaviotas y café en la habitación.

Freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend

Cons:

Braucht dringend eine Renovierung, man kann es alt und historisch nennen, man kann es einfach auch ein bisschen schäbig nennen, schlechtes Raumklima, keine Klimaanlage, schmuddelig, der Zustand stimmte nicht mit den Fotos überein, die man überall sieht. Weder Hotel noch Stadt. Und dann passt der Preis überhaupt nicht für diesen Zustand und Komfort.

No Resteraunt as advertised. For breakfast, had to go down spiral staircase. Not good for olfer people. Breakfast unappertising. Room very averages. Barely rate as 3 star.

Pros:

Nice hotel in Valparaiso. Well designed, spacious room and good breakfast. Very conveniently located. The staff is friendly too.

The staff were most courteous throughout the whole ordeal. Nicholas and Vincente should be commended on how they manage

The location was excellent. The staff were all very professional and accommodating.

Cons:

The room we were initially shown was not at all like the photos on the booking.com site.It was small, with a tiny window, and looked as if it needed a thorough cleaning. We asked for a new, better room and were told we’d have to pay an additional $50/ night - we were already paying $250/ night for a substandard room. The new room was bigger with a better view but the chairs were completely stained! The manager eventually told the front desks staff we could have the better room at no extra charge and the replace the yucky chairs the next morning. It was a hassle, but ended reasonably well.
