Grand welcoming haven in ideal location with excellent value and service
Pros:

Stellar renovations and decor of a historic grand property. Truly an oasis in the heart of the touristic area of Valparaiso. Staff exceeded expectations. Breakfast was very generous and delicious and was included in our stay. Rooms clean and beds awesome. Spa area is a hidden. Gem”. Patio balcony great views. Loved it.

Cons:

We were fortunate that the hotel was not busy and the staff had had the insight and conscientious approach to have held a parking spot on the street right out front. Self Parking may have been problematic otherwise. But they do offer valet

Highly recommended hotel!
Pros:

The location and view from our balcony was stunning. We felt safe and comfortable whilst staying in the hotel and had perfect access to the areas that we wanted to see. Close to restaurants, coffee and more. So grateful that we had parking. Absolutely neccesary in this area!

Cons:

The pillows weren't super comfy but that's a personal opinion.

Incorporar hospitalidad, amabilidad y fumigar. Estructura impactante y hermosa
Pros:

La estructura es muy única, tiene una energía muy especial. El emplazamiento es muy especial, muy turístico y se siente seguro.

Cons:

El personal realmente actúa como si es una maldición tener trabajo y tener que atender clientes.
Sobre todo la única mujer que atiende recepción, me recibió cuando llegué: “eres Wilson?, dame tu cédula……silencio absoluto…tú hab xxx. Desayuno de tal a tal hora”
Nunca dijo “bienvenido, gracias por hospedar”…No me indicó horarios de restaurante del hotel que era súper limitado. Fue realmente desagradable
Los otros recepcionistas más neutros pero igual es como que no existe el concepto de hospitalidad y no entienden que los turistas vamos a invertir en sus trabajos, entornos. No dan ganas de volver

Tuve una horrible experiencia además el penúltimo día . Cerrando la cortina me callo una araña de rincón enorme en la cara y callo al piso y la maté. Le dije al recepcionista y ni se inmutó, me dijo q era normal. Le dije q tenían que fumigar. Fue absolutamente indiferente. Pude haber terminado en la clínica. Muy irresponsables no tener el hotel fumigado.

Pienso que falta supervisión en ese hotel.

El señor de la noche, el cuidador fue el único hospitalario, amable y sonriente.
