Pros:

This hotel is excellent and truly impressive in every aspect. The service was outstanding from all staff members, including the reception team, restaurant staff, and housekeeping. Everyone was polite, attentive, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is also very convenient, making it suitable for both leisure trips and business travel. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay. Convenient. Pizza 4Ps was just around the corner!

Well located, clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Julia and Anna constantly went out of the way to meet our needs. Great job Julia and Anna.

Staff were the most warm and welcoming. They were excited to share about the hotel and places of interest to us.

皆さんとても親切で、ホスピタリティが最高でした。
Pros:

・一泊だけなので、安いがクチコミであまり評価の良くない部屋を予約していたが、当日に別室に変更してくださったこと
・アンケートに寝坊して朝食を食べ損ねたと回答したら、チェックアウト時(11時過ぎ)に朝食をわざわざ用意してくださったこと
・チェックアウト後、23時まで荷物を預かってくださっただけでなく、出発時にミネラルウォーターもくださったこと
