Worst hospitality
I was having my dinner in their Seasonal Taste resturant. Their staffs were very friendly and welcoming. Ms Manisha impressed me as she is very chatty and was trying to communicate with me in mandarin, impressive.. as understood she self taught her language. Mr Ariful has a very vibrant smile! 😁... he always carry that Trademark smile when serving me. I really enjoyed my dinner and their service! Thankyou...
Very fast and friendly from Ariharan during room cleaning and house keeping
The stay was very good and nice experience with westin in Velacherry. Sridharan and Prabha was keeping my room very clean everyday. Thanks for your awesome duck everyday.
I recently stayed at The Westin Velachery and had a great experience. The staff were very welcoming and attentive and the room was spotless, modern and the bed was so comfortable. A special thanks to PRABHA, cici for helping me with room cleaning services. She always gave excellent room cleaning service. Every day, we felt like the brand new room. She should be recognized by the Westin for sure. Also, I enjoyed the breakfast buffet with plenty of options and the location was also perfect for exploring the city. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back!

Hotel house keeping staffs are quick to attend of any issues/ requests/ cleaning, etc .
Room size is quite small for the rate we pay . Luggage holder/table is kind of blocking space .. actually I had to hit the corner of it few times and it actually hurts :) , Rooms sizes are same at all floors but advertised names are different , Paid almost double the price for the same room when I booked third time ..It is a kind of cheating not sure it is hotel or booking.com deceiving customers with different names for the same type of room and charging more .
some staffs suits walk straight head to us and staring on multiple occasions .. .what are they doing it for ??
There were confusions between staffs on what is included in the reservation like lounge/breakfast/dinner , no sure how their system tells correctly to one staff and not to another, This is creating embarrassing moments and provoking drunk guests for hotel's fault which is very bad.

We decided to book room here. This is our first time here
It was good and the decorations were beautiful. Thanks to the housekeeping staff. Deluxe rooms are perfect with couch with quieter floor. The bathroom was clean and good selection of toiletries
In the night we cut the cake provided by Seasonal Tastes and the dinner was amazing
During breakfast time it was crowded but we did get a table. South Indian options - fresh juice, scrambled eggs, dosa
The breakfast serving staff really seemed to care whether we enjoyed the food or not

Just what I needed to take a break
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The ambience was pleasant and well maintained, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Housekeeping services were prompt and ensured a neat and hygienic environment throughout the stay.
Aditya from house keeping beautifully decorated the room with peacock towel art and presented an elephant as a souvenir, which was a thoughtful and memorable gesture.
Overall, it was an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The in room dining service by on call team Ms. Meghna and Ms. Rajnandini was very welcoming, helpful and kind. The Maintenance department was very quick on their toes too helped out in an urgent requirement. The Housekeeping too did a good job. The travel desk also was very prompt in their response.
