Great location, excellent staff
Pros:

Perfect location, in the heart of Palermo Soho snd close to Palermo Viejo. Nice clean inner courtyard, and a working bakery with excellent staff. Good breakfast. Especially nice staff, always very helpful. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Nothing - but if you don’t offer a laundry service and send customers to a nice laundry round the corner you can’t call yourself “boutique”…

Cons:

Room smelled of mold, ammonia and intense cleaners to cover the smell. Could not sleep through the smell that irritated my throat and gave me a migraine. Windows weren't secure. Mattresses were old and dirty, shower head and other metal fixtures rusty. Ac blows right on the beds but too warm to sleep without. Had to cancel last 2 nights which is impossible with booking.com I will never book with booking.com again.

Hotel muito bom no coração de Palermo.
Pros:

A localização é fantástica, no coração de Palermo, perto de diversos bares e restaurantes bem legais. A equipe é bem simpática e o quarto é bom também.

Cons:

Falta de elevador ao menos para as malas, apesar de que a recepcionista as carregou na chegada.

It took us a little while to understand the air conditioning so some instructions would help for those of us visiting from colder countries! Once we figured it out the room was lovely and cool. :)

Pros:

Bairro com muitos lugares interessantes, bares , restaurantes e lojas. O atendimento foi muito bom, atenderam pedidos especiais como travesseiros extras, as camas confortáveis e bom chuveiro. Café da manhã excelente!

Cons:

Pela proximidade dos bares no final de semana escutamos barulho dos estabelecimentos próximos. No pátio interno do hotel fica ligado o som durante o dia, dificultando para descansar após o almoço. Poderiam deixar o ambiente silencioso.

Ottima struttura in Palermo.
Pros:

Posizione eccezzionale, a pochi passi da una zona molto frequentata e piena di risotoranti e bar. Mi sono sentito sicuro passeggiando lungo le strada di questo quartiere. La colazione ha superato le aspettative. C'era un ragazzo in reception che mi ha dedicato circa 1h per condividere ogni opportunità che avrei potuto cogliere in città, grazie e complimenti!
