Location is quite strategic. 5 minutes to Taksim Square and Taksim Metro Station. They upgrade the room for free. Clean room and spacious.

for pricing purposes, i chose the basement room. there is no window. so it gets hot.
Great location, 3 minutes a walk from Taksim square metro station. Easy to find.
Staff was very friendly and helpful when I asked something, especially the guy who explained me the metro system to the airport.
My room and the whole hotel was very clean, everything works well, hot water, high speed internet.
Many shops and restaurants open even at night.
It is beautiful and safe area.
Location
We were not be provided with the breakfast, one day the lights were turned off (about 5 hours). Additionally, one day the cleaner was not available. We were stayed at the first floor where they claimed that there was a yard; however, it was dirty and there was no light bulb or smth to make it useful at night times.

En revanche, lorsque nous avons voulu prolonger notre séjour, cela s’est avéré compliqué et beaucoup plus cher. Bien que nous avions rien demandé. Nous avons demandé à conserver le même tarif que celui payé initialement, mais le personnel à la réception n’a rien voulu savoir et nous a fait sentir comme si nous étions cheap. À ce stade, nous aurions préféré rester dans la chambre que nous avions initialement réservée, afin d’éviter d’avoir à changer d’hôtel en raison du prix. Le prix demandé pour la chambre qui nous avait été offerte était environ le double de ce que nous avions initialement payer.
La mia permanenza all’Hotel Ottopera è stata semplicemente meravigliosa. Tutto è magnifico: l’hotel è tranquillo, super pulito e si percepisce ovunque un grande rispetto per gli ospiti. La posizione è eccellente, proprio in centro, comodissima per muoversi e scoprire la città. È davvero una struttura fantastica, curata in ogni dettaglio. Un’esperienza bellissima che consiglio a tutti, senza esitazione.

There is a liquid in Bathroom so water in the floor
Location . I initially had a rough start with the room, as it had some issues with insects. However, the owner was very proactive, changed the room, and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. In the end, it turned out to be a pleasant experience thanks to their efforts
