Loistava aamiainen, erittäin palvelualtis henkilökunta. Mukava pikku läksiäislahja oli mukava yllätys.

Hissiä ei ollut, mikä olikin tiedossa. Portaita riitti. Suihkun vedenpaine alhainen, aamulla turha yrittääkään käydä suihkussa

Улица не приспособлена к перемещению по ней с чемоданом на колесиках. Намучались пока пронесли два чемодана.
Pros:

Очень доброжелательный персонал. Спасибо!
Отель отметил День рождения ребенка: сделал сюрприз в виде торта и поздравлений с пожеланиями. Это очень трогательно.
По окончанию проживания приятный презент- памятный. Еще раз спасибо!

Cons:

Не понравилось, что окна номера выходят во внутреннее помещение отеля- лестницу. Рамы окон старые - деревянные и поэтому окно имело щель в полсантиметра. Из-за этого в номер попадали инородные запахи и звуки. К тому же одно из окон имело сломанную застежку. Значит в номер беспрепятственно мог попасть любой желающий, что вызывало беспокойство.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The breakfast was diverse and well-organized, and we never felt like anything was missing. The location was exactly what we were looking for—convenient and well-situated. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Cleanliness was also excellent throughout our stay. As a nice touch, we even received a small gift at the end.

Cons:

On the downside, the noise during the night was an issue. At one point, my husband had to wake up in the middle of the night to ask guests in a nearby room to lower their voices. Additionally, the staff preparing breakfast early in the morning were quite loud, which could disturb guests who were still sleeping. It would be great if more attention could be given to maintaining quiet during these hours.
Overall, a great experience with just a few aspects that could be improved.

Schöne Lage. Gutes Frühstück.
Große Zimmer.

Cons:

Etwas hellhörig. Leider Fenster nur in inneres Treppenhaus.
Ziemlich warm, da Klimaanlage nicht eingeschaltet war.

Pros:

Отель компактный, но очень уютный и с отличным расположением. Персонал вежливый и внимательный — как на ресепшене, так и сотрудники, отвечающие за чистоту в номерах.

Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный.

Cons:

Есть, однако, один существенный минус. В нашем номере полностью отсутствовала вентиляция: окно выходило во внутреннее стеклянное пространство, из-за чего не было доступа к свежему воздуху. Считаю, что такая важная информация должна быть указана заранее в описании на Booking, поскольку для многих гостей (включая нас) наличие свежего воздуха в номере имеет большое значение.

Также не работал кондиционер на охлаждение. На ресепшене объяснили, что в холодное время года кондиционер функционирует только в режиме обогрева.

Именно этот момент сделал ночи для нас очень тяжёлыми: в комнате было душно, жарко и не хватало воздуха. Возможно, эта информация будет полезна другим путешественникам. Предполагаю, что в номерах напротив, окна которых выходят на улицу, ситуация может быть лучше.

Todo perfecto.
Pros:

Quiero destacar lo agradable que ha sido nuestra estancia. El hotel está muy limpio, bien cuidado y con una ubicación excelente, lo que hace todo mucho más cómodo.

El desayuno es muy completo y de buena calidad, pero sin duda queremos agradecer especialmente dos detalles que marcaron la diferencia: al llegar, nos sorprendieron con una tarta por el cumpleaños de mi hermana, un gesto precioso que nos hizo muchísima ilusión; y además, el día de salida, como teníamos que irnos a las 6 de la mañana, nos prepararon un desayuno para llevar, algo que agradecimos enormemente.

Por último, la amabilidad de la chica que nos atendió fue excepcional en todo momento, siempre atenta, cercana y dispuesta a ayudar.

Sin duda, un lugar muy recomendable. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

Exceptional at every aspect!
Pros:

There are a lot of things to love about this hotel! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They all made us feel welcome and cared for: from Peyvand at the reception to the guys at the cafe, everyone was wonderful. The location is also exceptional, right next to Galata tower and a short walk to Istiklal Caddesi and the Bosphorus bridge. Also really close to public transport which made it very easy to move around the city. The breakfast was fresh and tasty with very good variety! The rooms run on the slightly smaller side, but they are very clean and nicely decorated. Overall an amazing place to stay! We will come back!

Cons:

If I had to say something, it would be that the wifi is very weak in the rooms, but this is very easily solvable with a signal enhancer.

Pros:

Our stay at Meroddi Galata Mansion was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of Galata Tower, charming streets, cozy cafés, and many beautiful spots of Istanbul. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable.

A special thank you to the manager, Peyvand. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions. Her hospitality made our stay feel very warm and welcoming.

The breakfasts were also delicious — fresh, tasty, and a perfect start to the day before going out to explore the city.

Overall, everything was great. The atmosphere, the service, and the location made our stay truly memorable. We would definitely love to come back again.
