El personal siempre nos recibió con las manos abiertas, desde el minuto que pisamos el hotel nos sentimos más que bienvenidos.
El desayuno es completo, sugiero que indiquen con carteles qué es cada cosa que se ofrece.
La ubicación de 10.
Estabamos en último piso y el establecimiento no cuenta con ascensor, llegamos por la madrugada y nos enteramos en el momento.
Location and staff
Air condition was not working well, and it was not easy staying on the second floor without an elevator.
Wir sind bereits das 3. Mal vor Ort. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir lieben es mitten im Trubel zu sein und trotzdem ein Rückzugsort unmittelbar am Galata Tower zu haben. Im Café / in der Bar kann man perfekt noch ein Abend Drink genießen.
Herzlichen Dank nochmal an Rövsen und Eren die unseren Aufenthalt mit ihren zuvorkommenden Service perfekt gemacht haben.
Die Bäder müssen überarbeitet werden.

Peyvand went out of her way to order a taxi for me to assure I made it to my bike tour and I wouldn’t have made it if she had not acted so quickly. Loved being close walking distance to Galata tower and so many fun spots. Breakfast, coffee and wine were great sitting outdoors and enjoying the beautiful weather and people walking by

Camera pulita e funzionale. Posizione ottima a 2 minuti a piedi dalla torre di Galata ma in una via molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Comoda anche per raggiungere i mezzi.
