My family and I had a wonderful staycation at THE 1O1 Bali Fontana Seminyak. The place feels very calm and cozy, and all the staff were very warm and welcoming.
A big applause for Pak Aris, the FOM. He explained everything clearly and treated us really well. His service truly felt like first-class, and he is a great leader and role model.
Room service was also excellent, and there was one young and energetic lady (I think she might be an intern) who served us during breakfast—she was amazing and very attentive. These staff members are truly valuable assets to the property.
My son loved the pizza and snacks so much!
Overall, our stay was great and memorable. This is a highly recommended place to spend quality time with your loved ones.

Very clean and good service
The hotel is good....good staff and service. Specially, the Ana Yuni Receptionist was very accommodating. We loved staying there.

property is looking very tired nowadays and the food service was very slow and not up to standards. Dishes not presented hot on several occassions
Great omplace to stay. Breakfast very good, and we also had a great dinner. Spa is the highlight....book massages. It is connected to the hotel, up on the top floor. Ask the front desk and they will help you.
The hotel staff were so kind and helpful, Aris especially was so thoughtful and so nice, we stayed here twice due to other hotels being awful and needing somewhere last minute, they were so helpful in getting us a room quickly! Highly recommend! Also in walking distance to a supermarket, nice brunch spot and cheap laundry spot too :)
