sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage, sehr sauber, super freundliches Personal! Wir kommen gern wieder!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr sehr schön. Ein großes Zimmer mit einer wundervollen großen Fensterfront. Ein toller Blick auf den See. Alles sehr sauber!

Cons:

Eigentlich war alles prima. Hier nur ein kleiner Tipp. Es wäre schön, wenn es einfache Hauspantoffel geben würde - gerade bei Zimmern mit Balkon. Das soll aber keine Kritik sein.

Lage, Aussicht auf den See und das super Problemlöseverhalten der jungen Rezeptionistin

Cons:

Treppenhaus, Speisesaal und teilweise die Zimmer sehr abgewohnt. Weg zu manchen Zimmern durch den Speisesaal. Im Speisesahl Teppichboden, auf dem die Hunde rum liegen (wirkt unhygienisch) Preis-Leistung überhaupt nicht passend

das Frühstück ist hochwertig u.a. mit einer großzügigen Käseauswahl stückkn Speisen.

sehr herzlicher Empfang und eine schöne Verabschiedung ! - da fühlt man sich als Gast direkt willkommen.

Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut mit exzellenten Räumlichkeiten mit Wintergarten. Leider funktionierte die Kaffeemaschine für den Kaffee nicht. Es kam nur heisses Wasser raus. Extrem schlecht war der Wasserdruck, der extrem schwach war.

Immer wieder gerne.
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals war aussergewöhnlich. Auch die Fürsorge um unseren Hund war einfach klasse.
