Das Zimmer war schön mit kleiner Terrasse und Blick auf den See. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch sehr schön

Cons:

Wir waren früher im Hotel und wollten noch eine Kleinigkeit essen, da wir abends zu einer großen Veranstaltung eingeladen waren. Wir wurden danach leider nicht mehr gefragt ob wir noch etwas möchten...auch nicht nach Getränken, das fand ich sehr schade und auch am nächsten Tag hatte man noch nicht mitbekommen im Restaurant, dass wir Gäste waren. Das fand ich sehr schade.

Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt; war zu einem Familienbesuch ein paar Tage in Ratzeburg.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am See; schöner Frühstücksraum bzw. Restaurant; große Zimmer. hervorragendes Frühstück; sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Ich hatte leider ein Zimmer zur sehr befahrenen Straße. Am Wochenende war es nachts einigermaßen ruhig. Fenster waren schalldicht. Zum Schlafen musste ich die Fenster schließen.

What I liked:

* Beautiful location directly by the lake.
* Breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff were very friendly.
* Most of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

What I didn’t like:

* Room looked different from the booking photos.
* Housekeeping was below standard; the room was not properly cleaned, and fresh towels were simply left inside.
* Visible dirt in the shower silicone.
* Very noisy at night due to the nearby main road.
* Not particularly family-friendly. Our baby cot request was forgotten, and we felt more tolerated than welcomed.
* Additional charges at check-out had not been communicated during booking.
* Reception service was inconsistent, ranging from very friendly to quite unfriendly.
* Very limited parking, with strict parking enforcement nearby.
* Overall, the hotel did not feel worthy of its four-star rating.

Super Lage direkt am See nahe am Zentrum von Ratzeburg
Pros:

Super Lage, mit Blick auf den See und eigener Badestelle. Freundliches Personal und toller Service. Weitere Badestellen am See und wichtige Orte in Ratzeburg sind alle fußläufig schnell erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und altmodisch. Das Frühstück ist groß und umfassend, aber etwas standardmäßig.

Ein Hotel in bester Lage mit etwas altmodischem Stil und kleinen Mankos.
Pros:

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Ausblick auf den See.

Cons:

Die Qualität der Waren zum Frühstück dürfte für so ein Haus besser sein (weiche Brötchen und trockene Croissants). Das Abendessen im Restaurant war gut, aber nicht so fein wie das Hotel es nach außen vermittelt.

Pros:

Das Zimmer mit Balkon sehr schön. Das Frühstück war lecker mit viel Auswahl und man kann draußen sitzen und dem See anschauen. Das Fahrrad wurde in einen Schüppen geparkt und es war Sicher. 10 Minuten zur Innenstadt und direkt gegenüber eine Badeanstalt und direkt daneben die Fischerstube.

Cons:

Alles hat mir gefallen.

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am See war traumhaft und man konnte das Frühstück auf der Terrasse am See genießen.

Cons:

Es gab keine Klimaanlage, das war bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur nicht schön. Die wenigen Parkplätze waren alle belegt, somit musste man auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz parken. Nach 22.00 Uhr sollte der in die Jahre gekommene Fahrstuhl nicht mehr benutzt werden, da die Rezeption dann nicht mehr besetzt ist.
Bei einem Feueralarm in der Nacht war kein Ansprechpartner des Hotels vor Ort, eine Entschuldigung für die gestörte Nachtruhe erfolgte auch zu keiner Zeit.
