Personal unfreundlich, ungelernt, unprofessionell. Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, Tische wurden nicht abgewischt, bevor sie neu eingedeckt wurden, Toiletten und Waschräume im Keller wurden keine einziges Mal gesäubert (wir waren 1 Woche da), Boden nicht gewischt, Taschentücher lagen am Boden, Seife wurde nicht aufgefüllt, Toiletten waren schmutzig, man wurde morgens entweder durch einen nervigen Laubbläser oder durch laute Musik, die in den 2. Stock schallte, geweckt, Essen im Restaurant Mini-Portionen zu horrenden Preisen, überhaupt nicht angemessen, Parken viel zu teuer (20 € pro Tag!!)
