Stop auf dem Fernradweg in Treviso (zentral gelegen aber laut)
Pros:

Die Locanda hat sehr individuell eingerichtete Zimmer. Es liegt sehr zentral aber wenn man wie wir ein Zimmer direkt über der Bar und dem angrenzenden Restaurant erhält ist bis weit nach Mitternacht sehr hoher Lärmpegel!

Cons:

Die Unterkunft wird in den Buchungsplattformen oft gehyped-ist etwas in Jahre gekommen und sollte mal aufgefrischt werden . Und ein B & B ist es auch nicht mehr. Schade! Wir waren enttäuscht!

The location is great because it is within the walls.

Cons:

The staff member who greeted us was tipsy, and stank of beer. The lady present the next day was totally ok. While the interior is packed with vintage knickknacks, the bed mattress left much to be desired, soft and wiry. However, the key reason for a low score is no sound insulation. The room was on the 1st floor above two bars. One bar was opened till 2am, the other till 3am and the waiters were moving chairs till 4am. Why is the sound insulation so poor? Because, the owner replaced old windows with single-glazed plastic ones. So, instead of a truly vintage feel, maybe it would have been better to invest into proper windows or maybe a small fridge in the room or maybe a better WIFI. Another surprise was the parking. We were not informed that we would not be able to park next to the property because of the Saturday market. The key reason for going for this property was the proximity of parking. We parked near the stadium, some 10 to 15 minutes on foot, not handy when you have luggage and when it's 30+C outside. Some might go for it because it's free.

Nebenan ist ein schönes Stadttor

Cons:

Das Bett war schlecht, das Zimmer sehr heiß (direkt unter einen völlig ungedämmten Dach), die Klimaanlage zu schwach und der Plan, bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen, ein Fiasko, weil es Stechmücken u bis nach 23h sehr laute Barmusik gab, sodass man sich nicht einmal unterhalten konnte, geschweigedenn schlafen.

Quirky, quaint, authentic property of lovely rooms
Pros:

Quirky, quaint, historic property in great location close to Trevisos main historic district. Good communication. Lots of owners art works, books and antiques around. Close to bars, restaurants and shops as well as historic town walls. The owner identified our air conditioning wasn’t working after the hottest night and offered to move us to another bedroom.

Cons:

The hotel is above two bars. The first night, with windows closed the noise isn’t too noticeable. On the second night, very hot, there was a party from 6-11pm and the DJ set was below our window! The owner suggested ‘life is for living; the cemetery is for quiet’ - not much they can do, I suppose, but be aware the hotel has bars around it.

Characterful accommodation in the old town.
Pros:

Quirky with lots of character, spacious and close to bars and restaurants. Staff really helpful. Kettle in the room. Great traditional property next to the north gate (see photo)

The road outside was noisy (from motorbikes)

Hospitality as it should be (in my world)
Pros:

What did I like about the place ... pretty much everything. It was squeaky clean, with quirky art on the walls, close to everywhere. One thing to note is the varied and good eating options right on the doorstep or perhaps in 5 min walking distance favored by locals. Would love to stay there again.
