Było w porządku, ale nie czułem się jak w 5* hotelu

Czystość, pyszne śniadanie oraz lokalizacja

Cons:

Jakość obsługi personelu, pomimo kontaktu nie zarezerwowano mi parkingu i każdy wyjazd był problematyczny. Pan portier był bardziej ogarnięty niż recepcja. Uważam, że 5 gwiazdkowy hotel powinien mieć bardziej dopracowane takie rzeczy. Dodatkowo podczas zameldowania nie otrzymałem informacji, że strefa spa będzie czynna później niż w opisie hotelu.

Cons:

Nie podobało mi się,że łazienka jest pomniejszona o umywalkę, która jest w pokoju. Ponadto balkon,który nie był sprzątany od kilku miesięcy bo gołębie uwiły sobie gniazdo i wykluły młode. Cały balkon w gołębich odchodach!
