Sehr gutes Boarding Haus. Ich werde wieder kommen!
Pros:

Sehr gutes ansprechend ausgestattetes Appartement in einer sehr guten Lage. Das Haus ist gut zu erreichen und gut an den öffentlichen Nahrverkehr angebunden. Alles in allem, ich war sehr zufrieden, komme wieder!

Pros:

Die Lage ist top, Superior Apartment geräumig.

Cons:

Parken in der Tiefgarage viel zu teuer. Ebenfalls wäre es wünschenswert bei dem aufgerufenen Preis zumindest Tee oder Kaffepads und mehr als eine Flasche Wasser bereitzustellen.

Super Lage am Holzhafen in unmittelbarer Nähe der Fischauktionshalle mit Ableger für öffentliche Fähren, Bus in Richtung St.Pauli, Landungsbrücken und Speicherstadt/Hafencity vor der Tür. Zahlreiche Lokale ums Eck.
Was man eventuell wissen sollte, ist, dass die Rezeption nach 17 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt ist - prinzipiell kein Problem mit dem Einchecken, wir hatten jedoch unser Gepäck zuvor in einem verschlossenen Gepäckaufbewahrungsraum im Hotel verstaut. Die Rezeption war so nett, alles (einschließlich Pizza-Karton :) vor ihrem Gehen auf unser Zimmer zu bringen!

Perfekter für einen Städtetrip, zentrumsnah und dennoch ruhig!
Pros:

Super Wohnung, perfekte Lage, ca 10 Gehminuten zu den Landungsbrücken, ca 7 min zur Reeperbahn. Ausblick direkt auf den Fluss. Je höher man wohnt, desto schöner!

Und der „Schellfischposten“ direkt gegenüber!

Cons:

Das historische Kopfsteinpflaster vor der Tür … Abrollgeräusche der Autos … Die Unterkunft legt proaktiv Ohrstöpsel für die Nacht bereit … Super Wasserblick mit entsprechenden Einschränkungen… man kann leider nicht alles haben. Trotzdem würden wir genau dieses Zimmer wieder buchen!

Freie Sicht
Pros:

Das Haus liegt für mich perfekt an der Elbe. Die Apartments sind groß und mit viel Technik ausgestattet. Mein Apartment hatte einen freien Blick auf die Elbe.

Cons:

Alles ist schon etwas abgenutzt und es könnte sauberer sein. Die Straße vor dem Haus hat Kopfsteinpflaster.
