Highlight mitten im historischen Viertel
Pros:

Die Wohnung ist in einem modernen Haus direkt am Holzhafen. Wir kamen aus dem Staunen nicht mehr heraus, wie schön der Blick aus dem Fenster und von der Dachterrasse war. Es ist sehr komfortabel und bietet absolut alles Notwendige für einen Aufenthalt in Hamburg. Das Haus liegt an einer guten Infrastruktur. Wir konnten alles in der Nähe fussläufig erreichen

Moderne, luxuriös eingerichtete, großzügige Appartments in toller Lage an der Elbe
Pros:

Tolle Lage! Moderne, luxuriös eingerichtete, großzügige Appartments. Schöne Dachterrasse :-)
Die Zimmer vorne raus haben einen Blick auf die Elbe (zumindest seitlich). Allerdings sind diese Zimmer aufgrund des Kopfsteinplasters auf der Strasse vorne dran auch etwas laut - man hört jedes Auto, das vorbeifährt.

Cons:

Ich hatte vier Appartments gebucht und wir kamen aufgrund einer Zugverspätung 5 Minuten nachdem die Rezeption geschlossen hatte an. Daher mussten wir elektronisch einchecken. Da ich jedes Appartment einzeln einchecken und bezahlen musste und man unfassbar viele Informationen über ein schlechtes Bedienpanel eingeben muss, dauerte das fast eine halbe Stunde. Das elektronische Check-in System könnte wirklich verbessert werden.

Die Lage da wir in Altona verabredet waren un
die Umgebung. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lädt zum wohlfühlen ein, auch für längere Aufenthalte.

Cons:

Uns hat nichts gefehlt.

Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet wunderbarer Blick aufs Wasser, gemütlich und schick. Tiefgarage im Haus. Gepäck kann wunderbar von Dortmund dem Aufzug ins Zimmer transportiert werden.

Cons:

Um eine Nacht das Schlafsofa nutzen zu können, hatten wir wegen einem extra Bettlaken nachgefragt. Es sollte nicht für zusätzliche Gäste sein, nur so dass eine Person im Schlafzimmer und die andere Person im Wohnzimmer getrennt durch die Wand hätte schlafen können. Hierfür hätten wir 50 € extra für die „Aufbettung“ bezahlen müssen. Das fanden wir absolut unverhältnismäßig. Weiterhin, nur eine Kleinigkeit, gab es keinen Haken o. ä. , um das nasse Geschirrhandtuch nach dem Abtrocknen des Geschirrs anhängen zu können. Für geräuschempfindliche Menschen ist es wichtig zu wissen, dass die Straße vor dem Hotel aus Kopfsteinpflaster besteht, so dass jedes Auto, das darüber fährt, entsprechend gehört wird. Außerdem macht die Klimaanlage / Heizung etwas Geräusche, letztere kann man über Nacht allerdings auch ausschalten.
