Großes Zimmer - nix dahinter.....
Cons:

Unterkunft seit Tagen nicht erreichbar - Rechnung mehrfach angefordert und keinerlei Rückmeldung.

Telefon verwaist - irgendwann wird gesagt dass man außerhalb der Kontaktzeiten [es war 13:00 und die Zeiten sind angeblich 9-17:00 anruft].

Verarschen kann ich mich alleine

Das Zimmer war toll. Etwas abgelebt aber vollkommen ok.

Cons:

Was wir nicht ok fanden war. Dass wir ursprünglich geplant hatten zu dritt anzureisen, dies hat sich geändert und wir haben eine schriftliche Bestätigung erhalten, dass wir den Mehrpreis nicht zahlen müssen. Vor Ort wurde er jedoch doch berechnet mit dem Hinweis, das es nicht anders geht da wir über booking gebucht haben. Das hat uns sehr geärgert aber dennoch ist das Hotel schön und wir würden wiederkommen. Die Kaffeemaschine hat leider nicht funktioniert,

Pros:

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer Toplage. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Alles top.

Wie immer sehr schön, dieses Mal aber mit kleineren Mängeln.
Pros:

Schöner Blick auf den Hafen, bequem und komfortabel eingerichtet.

Cons:

Empfang leider nicht besetzt, umständlicher Check in am Automaten vor der Tür im kalten. Kleinere Sauberkeits Mängel und nicht erledigte Reparaturen. Das sollte besser werden.

Das Hotel liegt ideal in Hamburg. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und super ausgestattet.
