Pros:

Die grosse und Ausstattung des Zimmers

Cons:

Schade, dass man bis 17 uhr einchecken kann(angeblich) und man trotzdem 16 Uhr vor verschlossener Tür steht, per automat eincheckt und dann der Mitarbeiter hinterm thresen sitzt sich aber von seinem Handy nicht ablenken lässt-früher gab es noch ein "hallo" "schön, dass sie da sind"
Beim auschecken ähnlich...mehr als "ihre Zimmernummer war?" Kam nicht...kein "danke""gute fahrt" oder ähnliches

Schade, dass der Gast selbst dem Hotel nicht mehr als Person wichtig ist. Wir kommen(evt kamen) regelmäßig. Schlechte/falsche Entwicklung!

Pros:

We didn't take breakfast. There was a mini kitchen in the room. The hotel's location is perfect. The embankment is just super! The staff is absolutely amazing!!!

Weiterempfehlung wert
Pros:

Uns hat die Lage und der Unkomplizierte Checkin/Checkout super gefallen. Das Apartment war sehr groß und geräumig und hatte alles was nötig war für den Aufenthalt. Der Eingang wirkt sehr edel.

Cons:

Leider muss ich sagen, das hier und da etwas Renovierungsbedürftig ist. Und die Fenster waren dreckig, das die Sicht nicht gehindert hat aber bei dem Preis erwarte ich ein Sauberes Bild im gesamten.

Gute Lage und Ausstattung, jedoch zu laut.
Pros:

Das Apartment ist sauber und gepflegt, hochwertig eingerichtet, aber schon etwas "in die Tage" gekommen.
Die Lage ist prima und sehr zentral.

Cons:

Autolärm vom 5 Uhr morgens bis 23 Uhr abends.
Durch das Kopfsteinpflaster wurde der Straßenlärm noch mehr als normal übertragen.
Da die Fenster älter sind, hat man auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern den Autolärm gehört.
Auch die bereit gelegten Oropax auf dem Nachttisch haben nicht gereicht.
Wir kommen nicht mehr und empfehlen die Unterkunft deshalb auch nicht weiter.

Hamburg ganz entspannt
Pros:

Die Lage ist besonders im Holzhafenviertel nähe Fischmarkt, mit einer tollen Umgebung, Blick auf die Elbe, Prima zum Flanieren, ein hervorragendes Café in Reichweite, ebenso das Frischeparadies für Genießer, tolle kleine Restaurants und Fisch in allen Varianten. Die Ruhe im Haus, die perfekt ausgestatteten Räume für einen wirklich entspannten Aufenthalt

Großes Zimmer - nix dahinter.....
Cons:

Unterkunft seit Tagen nicht erreichbar - Rechnung mehrfach angefordert und keinerlei Rückmeldung.

Telefon verwaist - irgendwann wird gesagt dass man außerhalb der Kontaktzeiten [es war 13:00 und die Zeiten sind angeblich 9-17:00 anruft].

Verarschen kann ich mich alleine
