Construction started early, instead of 10am they started around 7:30 am.

Had a car service booked to pick us up and after he failed to show up I asked staff to call a taxi they told us for security reasons they couldn’t which was ridiculous as we arrived at the hotel by taxi. But they were more than happy to arrange for their own driver to take us to airport for 2500 pesos. I felt they were running a scam. I was not expecting this from a higher end hotel. For this reason I CANNOT recommend this hotel. Plenty of better options.

The staff is so wonderful, friendly, respectful, ready, and willing to help. Service was excellent!
Breakfast variety and offerings are excellent.
However, the bathroom of the hotel needs a lot of help, thorough cleaning - molds, blackened tiles, past guest hair in the shower, really dirty. There is also a bad smell inside the bathroom.
The sheets and pillowcases need to be washed thoroughly so it doesn't have the sweat smell of the last guest.

The staff is fabulous, and the breakfast buffet is the best. Highly recommend the hotel.

Location is very convenient. Overall experience is good except that the pool was under renovation.

All staff are very cordial and respectful, from the doorman to the guest services to concierge to the housekeeping. I highly recommend this hotel.

Bathroom sink no hot water and draining really slow. Unable to shave since I like using hot water when shaving.

Towels are all old.

Bathroom flooded x2, once from hose next to toilet, and then while simply taking a shower , the entire floor area flooded again quickly with very little drain. #2 big stains on sheet wife’s side that we did not discover until next morning—-look like dried blood or similar stains that did get taken out in last wash .

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel because I was told it was the best, but I had a lot of disappointments at Seda. First, my T.V. remote didn't work, then my shower was clogged, and the most annoying. I left at 5am on Saturday and spoke to the front desk agent. I told her I was leaving for the day and asked for my room to be cleaned. She said she would send someone right away. When I came back that afternoon. I was surprised my room was not cleaned. I had to call down and ask them to clean my room. They tried to say that maybe I left the do not disturb on my door, but I did not, and I spoke to the front desk agent in person. Now all of this would be O.K. if Seda was a basic everyday hotel, but they market themselves as a 5 star premium hotel. I do not feel I had a 5 star experience. The hotel is nice, but nothing more special than most hotels in the area. The best thing was their breakfast, and their staff is nice. I would consider staying there again, but only if I could get a really good deal on the room rate.
