The staff are inconsiderate. They called us 4:00am in the morning just to move our car, when it was their fault in the first place for placing their motorcycle behind our car!
We asked for 2 additional comforter but only one arrived. We asked for additional towels, also only 1 arrived.

Leaving the hotel during check out felt like military exercise if you’d stolen or broken anything in the room

Disorganizzazione al massimo.ho chiesto un caffè alle 6:30 del mattino seduto al bar da solo .dopo 15 minuti ho chiesto a che punto era....si erano scordati di me.ovviamente contrariato me ne sono andato al 7eleven più vicino .

Place very quiet
Shower curtain is smelly...
The room is average. Clean and the bed is comfortable. There are no toothbrushes, slippers, or blowers.
Cleaning of room is free of charge. They will change the towels and bedsheet too.
Location is perfect. Fast food, ATM machines, bank, Robinsons mall, coffee shop, laundry shop, and hospital are walking distance and near to Hotel Stella.
The Staff are accommodating. Called for breakfast and they delivered it to our room.
Requested an extra bed but it is not available at the time we checked in. The receptionist offered an upgrade with lower price. Which is I am grateful.
The mini fridge in one of our room is not working. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working.
The door is not opening but they fixed it. Even though their window type AC is loud, I was able to sleep because I am tired from all day tour.
The staff were friendly. Value for money and location is good.

It's extremely cheap. Staff very nice. It's really close to a lot of places. I just stayed as I arrived at 3am and check out is at 12pm so handy for late night arrivals.
Hotel seen better days, so could do with major upgrades.
