The breakfast was great! The location was close to all the shopping in restaurants we used
The shower door could have had some maintenance. But overall, it was a great Stay

The bathroom was a bit older
We stayed this hotel every time we go to Rochester. For my son's college absolutely love it. And the people are great there. It's in a great location. They have been remodeling this hotel over the past two years, and they've done a fantastic job with it
I do not think anything could have been better.
Staffs in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious for a family of four. There were good choices for breakfast, and my son enjoyed the swimming pool very much.
My room was on the 4th floor. There was a constant vibrating and deep bass noise from HVAC units on the roof top of the building through down to my room. I couldn’t sleep because of the huge noise.
Location is good
We arrived really late with one infant and one kid and we didn’t notice earlier but bathroom did not had hand wash and no body wash. Carpet was so dirty.

Location is centralized. The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. The room is clean, albeit the toiletries are fair . The breakfast is convenient.
The toiletries are fair. A bar of hand soap to wash one’s hands maybe economical, but there’s no dish to place the soap on. It would be better to have a stationary hand pump that is refilled. The shower gel does not lather well, but it is convenient to not have to bring one’s own.
