Almost perfect!
Pros:

Great value! Everything was very modern, well decorated! Bright colors. We loved the breaky. The kids loved our room, and I quote “ I feel so fancy this room is so nice!” Ages3 & 9, the pool was lovely. We loved how close it was to walmart and shopping! I would also like to say there was someone shoveling to make sure the walkways were clean. Thank you!

Cons:

The pillows and bed could have been better, the pullout couch did not have pillows or a blanket, but we were brought some immediately. We did not enjoy how chlorinated the pool was. There was a very strong chlorine smell.

The hotel and staff are awesome and at a great value!!!
Pros:

Clean, comfortable room, convenient location to RIT. Breakfast was very good, and the price was also very good.
THE STAFF TREATED US VERY WELL AND MADE US FEEL WELCOME

Cons:

When rooms are booked for 2 nights you should put extra towels in the rooms, I didn't like to have to ask for more towels.

Good location and breakfast, TV issues could not be addressed while we were there.
Pros:

Good location — easy to get to and close to friends we were visiting. Selection for breakfast was better than what typically is served by this type of hotel.

Cons:

The TV in the room didn’t function properly. It would not connect to the internet to access my paid services (e.g., Netflix). The Live TV function would not display a channel guide — one had to manually go through channels to see what they were and what they were currently playing. Since we discovered the problem in the evening, the staff on site could not fix the issue. For what we were paying, the room ought to have had a properly functioning TV.
