Mi dispiace perché il posto è stupendo, ma il soggiorno è stato deludente, anche in relazione al prezzo pagato.
Pros:

La vista su cui dà il ristorante è spettacolare.

Cons:

Mancava l’aria condizionata e la camera era molto calda, un ventilatore non basta. La doccia aveva un getto davvero minimo e il letto era molto piccolo, il mio ragazzo che è alto 1 metro e 78 ci stava a malapena.
Per finire siamo arrivati a fare colazione alle 9:15 (l’orario era 8-10) e non c’era praticamente più nulla da mangiare, e la cameriera che girava che ha visto la situazione non ci ha chiesto neppure se volessimo qualcosa siccome mancava quasi tutto, le ho dovuto chiedere io del pane da tostare che mi ha portato dopo che le ho chiesto….
Inaccettabili tutte queste mancanze per un posto pagato 185€ a notte.

Alles war toll.

Cons:

Die Speisekarte war für uns leider unpassend.

Beim Frühstück (08:00h - 10:00h) um 09:00h mussten wir für div. Sachen (Teller, Toast) nachfragen.

Hôtel typique, très belle vue sur Côme

Cons:

Emplacement, accès compliqué , parking petit et surchargé à l’heure du dîner. Personnel stressé sauf la personne de l’accueil qui a été très agréable

Agréable juste pour une escale
Pros:

Très bon petit déjeuner, vue magnifique !

Cons:

Les routes pour accéder à l hôtel, étroites et sinueuses ne pas avoir un véhicule trop imposant !! Pas de climatisation nous avons souffert des fortes chaleurs salle de bains trop petite et un petit frigo dans la chambre aurait été bienvenu.

Awesome stay with an awesome staff
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bellavista Boutique Hotel, and we can’t recommend it highly enough!

From the moment we arrived, Renato and the entire staff made us feel genuinely welcome. They were always incredibly kind, attentive, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They even allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in and had our bags brought up to our room before we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch.

We were given a beautiful room with an incredible view, making our stay even more special. For our last evening, the staff reserved one of the best tables in the restaurant for us, creating the perfect setting for a memorable farewell dinner.

The level of hospitality and attention to detail exceeded all of our expectations. Every interaction with the team made us feel valued and cared for.

We also highly recommend the hotel’s restaurant—the food, the service, and the atmosphere were all outstanding.

Thank you, Renato, and the entire Bellavista team, for making our trip to Lake Como so unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed.

Geschmackvolles Boutique-Hotel mit SPEKTAKULÄRER Aussicht - absolut empfehlenswert. - Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Spektakuläre Lage oberhalb des Lago di Como mit atemberaubender Aussicht!!! - Sehr schönes Zimmer mit ebensolcher Aussicht, geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit liebevollen Details im Jugendstil-Stil. Bar & Restaurant ebenfalls empfehlenswert, eine rechtzeitige Reservierung wird empfohlen. - Das Hotel verfügt trotz Altbau über einen Aufzug - nicht groß, aber immerhin. Auch das Frühstück mit Aussicht war toll. - Das Hotel liegt direkt neben einer Seilbahn-Station. Man muß also nicht mit dem Auto hinauf.

Cons:

Die Anreise war eine (persönliche) Herausforderung, lag aber an meiner Höhenangst. Enge, kurvige Straßen bei Gegenverkehr den Berg hinauf, aber irgendwie ging's. :-)

Une chaleur suffocante dans la petite chambre en coin de l'hôtel.
La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas.
Un ventilateur à la place dans un coin
Nous n'avons pas pu dormir de la nuit.
En plus le matelas n'était pas de bonne qualité et le sommier n'était pas en bon état.
Très déçu par rapport aux qualités vantées dans la présentation de l'hôtel!Nous sommes partis de suite après le petit-déjeuner alors que nous avons réglé deux nuitées....

Pros:

Schönes Boutique Hotel. Hatten ein Zimmer mit exzellenter Aussicht auf den Comer See. Seilbahn direkt neben dem Hotel.

Cons:

Die Fahrt zum Hotel ist anstrengend. Teilweise sehr enge Straßenabschnitte. Da es eine Straße mit viel Kurven und sehr steil ist und super eng, wo teilweise nur ein Auto Platz hat, wird es dann problematisch wenn da eben zwei Autos durch wollen.
