Ótimo custo benefício. Localização perfeita.
Pros:

Embora os quartos sejam pequenos ao colchões eram bons e banheiro também. A localização é sensacional, fizemos tudo a pé aos museus, restaurantes, mercados, Plaza del Sol, de Espanha, etc. É a segunda vez que fico nesse hotel. Recomendo.

Tudo perfeito, limpo e organizado. Staff atencioso.

Cons:

Acho que o cafe da manhã pode ser acrescido de mais opções, à exemplo de outros hotéis que já me hospedei. Contudo apesar de caro, atende as necessidades de quem acorda cedo - portanto, não é um ponto negativo, já que optar por ele é uma escolha de cada hóspede e não uma obrigatoriedade.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta para quienes quieren disfrutar del centro de Madrid sin usar muchos medios públicos ó autos. Todo queda bastante cerca. El desayuno con mucha variedad. Calidad- precio justo, servicio optimo. Todo sumado es un Hotel que recomiendo .

Cons:

Ponen poca agua en las habitaciones.

Pros:

La atención de las señoritas, son super amables y se toman el tiempo para cada huésped, el desayuno es bueno y completo, la cama fué cómoda.

Cons:

Por poner algo, diría que la oscuridad en los corredores y que hay partes descuidadas que podrían renovar fácilmente.

Laa instalaciones eran excelentes , limpias y de buen nivel . Las 4 estrellas estaban bien puestas .

Cons:

A pesar de estar muy cerca de lugares como la Plaza Mayor , Mercado de San Miguel , Gran Via y Otros , la calle donde esta ubicado estaba muy sucia , ruidosa y llena de basura . Fue como un Oasis en el medio del Caos .

We would definitely recommend this hotel!
Pros:

Location was excellent! The room was very nice and we especially appreciated the bathtub! We also really liked the asian food-market next door!

Cons:

The view from the room was not the best. Our room was not facing the street so we could only see a small space between houses. Also the breakfast felt small and the bacon was a bit under cooked for our taste.
