Muy buena atenciones
Pros:

La atención del personal, el desayuno.

Cons:

Los alrededores del hotel, aunque el hotel no tiene ni culpa ni injerencia en el mismo. Olor nauseabundo, suciedad, calles bloqueadas el paso por manifestaciones y mucha suciedad, solo querías partir de la ciudad. Una pena ver Madrid en esas condiciones

Que la zona estaba muy fea,olorosa, sucia aunque el hotel no tiene culpa de que los alrededores estén tan feo. Una pena ver Madrid y está zona en esas condiciones

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena porque estás a 5 minutos de Sol, pero la calle no es la mejor de Madrid. Hay una discoteca justo enfrente, y por la noche está llena de chavales y ruido (aunque desde nuestra habitación no se escuchaba nada) Por la mañana, cambiamos a los adolescentes borrachos por un comedor social, así que tampoco era la imagen ideal de Madrid.... Pero llegas caminando a todos sitios, y para turistear es perfecto. El hotel en sí es un cuatro estrellas perfecto: limpio, moderno, bien decorado y buen desayuno.

Cons:

La calle en la que está situado es lo mejor y lo peor del hotel...

Muy buena experiencia
Pros:

El desayuno no lo pude probar. En la página de Booking decía que lo servían a partir de las 7 am. Y como yo tenía un vuelo temprano, pedí un taxi al aeropuerto a las 7.15. Y resultó que el desayuno empezaba a las 7.30....

Room was very comfortable and the location is in the city centre, cannot ask for more

Está bien ubicado , pero está en reparación la calle y la plaza vecina, es muy incómodo todo esto y no está anunciado. El hotel sigue en reforma como hace 2 años que estuve alojado.
