Breakfast is good but its much better if you have brewed coffee not 3 in 1.

Cons:

The aircon too much maingay.
The built in bold movies is it necessary to have that.?its the guest preference naman pero for me parang off for me lang ha .
Its much more decent if you dont have that .

The staff at the lobby area are nice. What I didn’t like is my experience with the guard assigned at drive in section as well as the staff there.

they show little care about where i should park my car nor the inconvenience of parking far from the lobby area.

they made me park at the back of the hotel which is very far from the hotel lobby, and no one bothered to help me carry my things. i was carrying three bags that time.

then later that day, i went out to the mall and when i got back i was hoping to get a parking near the hotel lobby. i saw one car leaving the parking and the guard told me “ma’am wait lang po ha” then the guard asked the car leaving the area “sir, babalik pa po ba kayo. then i heard the guy said “hindi na”

as the guard is about to approach me to park the spot, one staff said something and whispered to the guard. after that, the guard just told me “ma’am sa likod po kayo magpark. may dadating po na guest eh. sorry po nagkamali po kasi yung kasama ko” something like that.

so to sum it all up, they wouldnt let me park near the hotel lobby even when it is vacant which is very inconvenient because i have a heart condition and my legs are weak because of previous leg operation which i think your staff should be trained for, having little empathy

Staff were smart helpful and efficient. Room was smart and clean and shower hot. Air conditioning was old fashioned and water was dirty light brown. Offers and service were very good

Pros:

Receptionist got confused as my sister went to check in as I couldn’t make it to the trip. They’ve also charged her for dental kits when she asked but it’s supposed to be included for staying for 7 nights which was later corrected by a staff member. They’ve also called her that she got 20 mins to check out when it’s only Monday and check out is Wednesday. I think staff needs more training and improving customer service.
