Pros:

Eu gostei muito do hotel, ele parece um castelinho. Achei pequeno boxe do chuveiro, não é ideal para pessoas maiores que 1,70. Acredito que deveria ser maior e ter opções de touca de banho também.
O atendimento é exemplar, o café da manhã uma delícia. Faltam tomadas nos quartos, tinha apenas 1 disponível e a outra no banheiro.

Localização excelente, próximo de vários pontos principais no bairro Nova Rússia em Ponta Grossa. O hotel é lindo, ele é o hotel mais bonito de dentro da cidade. Tem uma vibe de chalé romântico, chuveiro com água a gás, temperatura ideal.

Cons:

Eu acho que o café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Alguns itens pareciam amanhecidos do dia anterior. Era uma manhã de segunda-feira, imagino que seja melhor em outros dias. Apesar disso, destaco que o sabor do café era excelente!

Pros:

Ambiente do café da manhã. Preço dos quartos, estacionamento fácil.

Cons:

A pia do quarto estava entupida. O atendente nos trocou de quarto. Localização muito boa para quem está de passagem por Ponta Grossa, mas fica distante do centro.
