Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Scenery and views are great.
Facilities are good and sufficient
Rooms are big enough
Toilets condition can be improved
Mobile signal is not very good
Wifi is limited at lobby and restaurant
Food buffet choices are quite limited

This place so nice, unfortunately the cleanliness still need to improve...The tap not function,the toilet not clean,

Whether it was amaizing . But when checkout from hotel , We were ordered to pay the boat money. Why not notify us when we are booking your hotel? It surprised us. Fortunately we have money. We can pay it. We were just surprised to have to pay it after we checkout from the hotel. And everything so far so good. Thank you .

The beach is nice. Room was big (but looks old) & ok but Jacuzzi cannot use (very disappointed). The surrounding especially the nearest village was not too good. No other food stall you can find here except in the hotel (quite expensive) or you can walk away around 20 minutes to the village but only 1 food stall available. What you can do here just rest & relax around the resort. In summary, the total cost to go here is the same if you go to Krabi or Phuket (driving with family). But I think, much better & more satisfied if I go to Krabi. Sorry to say, but not really recommended to go to Pulau Sibu.

The hotel is just beside the beach,so it has a nice view. The hotel staff has a very good service. However the room condition is below average, we stay at the hilltop room, the floor is very sandy and dusty where we feel uncomfortable walking on it with bare foot. The room is spacious,and the air-con take a very long time to cool off the room. Outside the toilet is those cements rock leftover from the construction, ruining the view. Buffet lunch is very disappointing with very less choice of dishes and expensive pricing, would rather choose ala-carte but is not available. Dinner is much more better.Pillows and bed are very soft.

Good location and good hotel staffs...but rooms not a clean...

Hotellet bar tydelig preg at det hadde vært stengt året før og nylig var åpnet. Møkkete badematter som ikke ble byttet ut eller vasket, møkkete speil som heller ikke ble vasket. Oppholdet var med helpensjon (ikke annet valg) og maten var kun malaysisk mat, dvs ris med tilbehør til frokost, lunsj og middag. Deilig strand og flotte bade- og snorkleforhold.

Peaceful in an idyllic location

well to cut it short, sibu island as such is a very, very nice place, beach and sea, but the resortl is really not the place to be in its current condition. despite the fact that it is pretty new, it is very poorly maintained. have never seen anything like this rated with 4 stars. there is a lot to do to the management in order to improve the situation.
