Charming Hotel in the Heart of Phuket Old Town
Pros:

What impressed us most was the unique design and atmosphere of the hotel. Staying here felt like stepping back into another era. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Everything was classic vintage charm, beautiful spaces to sit and have a coffee & lovely staff, philip at front desk was very nice.

Cons:

A gem in Old Town Phuket
Pros:

The whole vibe was amazing ! Beautiful, clean , amazingly designed & restored. Great location.
Only con was the air-conditioning in one of our three rooms was not cooling & inspite of complaining and a visit from a staff member nothing was done. The staff member who checked it said he would be back in 15 minutes, but he just disappeared and the issue remained unresolved.
Apart for this little glitch we loved our stay here and definitely recommend it...we will definitely be back!

Me sentí parte de una película de época, con detalles perfectamente ubicados. Un lugar de descanso céntrico que su decoración de antigüedades tailandesas llama incluso a recién casados a tomarse fotos en el lobby. El personal nos lleno de detalles, nada que decir, experiencia 10/10. Fueron muy considerados con mi mamá que tiene movilidad reducida.

Perfect base to explore Old Town
Pros:

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, in the perfect location. We arrived on a Sunday and so just had to step out of the hotel to explore the night market. The hotel has a little bar/cafe which is reasonably priced for the area.

Cons:

No breakfast offering but there are plenty of options around!

La atención de los chicos en la recepción y Penny que nos atendió 1 dia en el cafe y después nos apoyo con nuestras maletas.
The guest service is amazing. The check in super fast. Welcome drink and fresh towels... AMAZING.
The service is like a 5 diamonds here.
The room is not a typical room. Is at different atmosphere when you arrive. Cute, quite pretty and so confortable.
Smart tv. A lovely terrace.

Cons:

The room was lovely overall, but the wooden floors definitely have personality 😂 Every step comes with its own little soundtrack, so you may hear your neighbors (and they may hear you too haha). Nothing terrible, just something light sleepers might want to know!
