They gave me a double room having reserved a single room. The receptionist guided me on the issue of public transportation, it was very useful. Some parts of the hotel have been renovated and are beautiful.

Cons:

I arrived early and couldn't check in (I understand, I arrived at 9 am and check-in was supposed to be at 2 pm). I told the receptionist I was tired from my trip and asked if I could wait in the hotel lobby until I could check in (there were two nice empty sofas next to the reception desk and a dining area full of tables and chairs, also empty). However, he told me I couldn't wait there and to come back in a few hours. I don't understand what the problem is with waiting in the hotel lobby. I thought it was inconsiderate of him.

Propre, proche du centre historique, lit confortable, bonne insonorisation, ménage fait quotidiennement, personnel aimable.

Cons:

Télé sans aucune chaîne française, même après l'intervention d'un technicien. Oreillers trop épais, pas de petit déjeuner dispo, ni de sèche-cheveux dans la chambre, pourtant les deux était indiqués sur le site. Le quartier, pourtant tout proche du centre historique, n'inspire pas confiance.

Pros:

La ubicación perfecta, en el mismo centro, llegaba en menos de 5 minutos a las Grand Place. El personal encantador, nos ayudo en todo momento, fueron muy amables y nos permitieron dejar el equipaje allí después del check out ya que nuestro avión salía por la noche, de agradecer no tener que estar todo el día con el equipaje a cuestas. Le dieron caramelos a mi hijo y muy pendientes de él. La temperatura de la habitación perfecta y todo muy limpio.

Cons:

Los baños de las habitaciones eran muy pequeños.

Ubicación bien, personal majo y profesional, pero dadas las circunstancias no repetiría.
Pros:

La ubicación lo mejor, la cama es cómoda pero la habitación sin más, no tiene mucho, para un par de noches bien. Los chicos rubito y otro de recepción muy majos nos atendieron muy bien. El baño olía a gas radón, tuvimos que replicarlo (lo cual no gustó al propietario) para que se hiciese algo al respecto, porque es tóxico y muy malo de respirar.

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación de tres, con el seguro de la puerta roto, no se cerraba y se abría fácilmente desde fuera. Fuimos a replicarlo, vinieron a 'solucionarlo', no solucionaron nada. Insistimos para que nos cambiaran de habitación, y en un momento el dueño nos culpó a nosotros JAJAJAJJAJA sí venga. El hotel está viejito y bueno pues se notó. Nos dieron otra habitación (la del gas radón, un poco chiste todo). Una vez solucionaron el problema todo bien pero no repetiría, la verdad. Mejor pagar un poco más y ahorrarte la entrada abrupta.

la ducha muy pequeña lo que hacia que se saliera el agua a todo el resto del baño, la ubicacion del hotel es regular, es como en una zona mas o menos fea, se ven indigentes y como suciedad, nos parecio fea la ubicación, y la acomodacion de las camas, no fue tan confortable; las escaleras MUY incomodas para subir 4 pisos con maletas sin ayuda
