Well surpassed my expectations!
Pros:

Super charming guy on reception who really looked after me. Checked in early, upgraded the room, and the late checkout time was great.

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

The Hotel was very clean, the view from the window was excellent and the beds very comfortable. The Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful I have been there twice and will go back there for sure on my next trip to Brussels.

The hotel is clean.

Cons:

I paid for a night, yet I was “policed” and told that I could not bring any guests into my room. This is unacceptable and should be clearly mentioned on the website.Instead, this hotel allow guests to book without knowing these restrictions and then make them feel uncomfortable and disrespected. This is not professional and not acceptable customer service.
