Would not be staying there again.
Pros:

Friendly staff and reasonably good location. Hotel dated and has potential but needs a lot of work.

Cons:

Ongoing data breach from Booking.com or the Hotel. Had scam WhatsApp message with all my details asking to pay up front or reservation would be released. Needs resolution. No air-con in room and if you open the windows, then the noise from the square in front of the hotel keeps you awake most of the night. Fan provided, but then takes up one of the two working sockets in the room. Bathroom mirror light and socket didn't work and the tiniest shower I have ever experienced.

ESTANCIA AGRADABLE
Pros:

Ubicado a unos 6-7 minutos del centro y la Grand Place, se accede a través de una zona peatonal con terrazas muy animada y agradable. El metro está cerca, y la Central Station de Bruselas a unos 10 minutos. Está situado en una plaza más o menos tranquila, con la ventana abierta se oye el exterior, pero los cierres son nuevos y bastante herméticos y no se escuchaba apenas. El personal muy agradable y atento. Quizás pasamos algo de calor en la habitación, no estoy segura si había aire acondicionado, pero lo cierto es que la temperatura fue muy superior a lo habitual en Bruselas (alrededor de 32ºC durante el día). Un ventilador de techo hubiese ido genial. Calidad precio correcta, sobre todo por ubicación y atención. En la place Fontainas, el Capuccino Brussel, un lugar ideal para desayunar y empezar de la mejor manera el día de turismo. Abundante, bueno y bien de precio. También dan comidas y cenas.

Cons:

No había apenas espacio para el equipaje (y llevábamos simplemente mochilas básicas), pero te puedes apañar.

Would be great for a group!
Pros:

The room was huge and would be great for the intended purpose, three people.

Cons:

Wasn't a fan of the module style shower.
My fault, I didn't read but this room was on the budget section so no elevator and I had a huge, heavy suitcase - but 100% my fault, I had been reading about the hotel and rooms and didn't realize the difference.

I would stay here again
Pros:

The staff was incredibly friendly. It felt safe. The room was exactly as advertised - it was small but it was exactly what I needed. I didn't realize they'd make my room and they used my extra blanket and folded my pjs on the bed - love them!!!

Cons:

It is a shortish walk from the rain station but the sidewalk to get there was not easy to manage with a large suitcase. But honestly no issues with the hotel or stay.
