3 day stay. Great breakfasts . Comfy rooms albeit quite limited for space.

Gute Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Erstklassig sind auch die Betten.

Cons:

Parkplatz zu finden war schon im Februar nicht immer leicht.
Beim Öffnen der Restaurant Tür zog jedesmal ein Windstoß durch, das könnte mit einer Zwischentür abgestellt werden.
In unserem Zimmer war das Waschbecken nicht im Bad, sondern im Eingangsbereich. Sollte nicht sein.

Best customer service I’ve experienced
Pros:

The breakfast selection was very good, they have very unique rooms, we had one that led directly out to the pool which was very nice especially since it was chilly and no one was out there using it. Besides that, the rooms were nice and clean. But the absolute best part of this hotel had to be the staff. So incredibly kind, welcoming, and hospitable from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Truly one of a kind experience regarding the kindness and professionalism of the staff. It was also my birthday weekend and they surprised us with a bottle of champagne in our room, and at breakfast gave my boyfriend a slice of cheesecake with candles to bring to me as a surprise. All the staff in the dining room incredible, the ladies at the reception incredible. Truly made our experience. Thank you!

Cons:

We went off season so a lot of bars and restaurants were closed around the hotel (February) which didn’t bother us too much as we had a car to explore other parts of the island, but something to keep in mind. If we went peak summer season this would’ve been 10/10 because there are a lot of things around. Something that was nice was that street parking was free because it was off season. The hotel felt generally clean and it’s nice that it is a private spa. Keep in mind to book your slot when you check in because they fill up quick! And would suggest the water be slightly warmer, but nevertheless very nice.

Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The customer service of Lorenzo and Kamal was amazing.
They have a lovely staff and very hospitable. There is meet and greet.

Cons:

The most important part i.e. room. The reason is that the room was very hot. First night when i could not sleep, i told the staff the next morning and they told me how to use the regulator but they also told me that as it is winter, the temperature in the room will not be cooler. I was not expecting cooler temperature but I did not like that I am sleeping in Sauna. So i switched off the regulator but if i switched off the regulator, the ventilation became poor. So all three nights, I could not sleep well.
