Pros:

Вилла с бассейном. Обстановка действительно подтягивается к обстановке Флорентийской виллы, но передана не совсем точно много современных артефактов. Есть и получше варианты. И экстерьер не дотягивает. Мало ландшафтных элементов, создающих ощущение. Хотя вид на завтраке все перекрывает с лихвой

В итоге не было разве что трансфер во Флоренцию ходил не постоянно, вечером закончился раньше заявленного времени

Es war gut.
Pros:

Das Frühstück und die Aussicht auf Florenz ist traumhaft.

Cons:

Es ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müssen an vielen Stellen dringend renoviert werden. Auch die Außenanlagen sind nicht sehr gepflegt. Das Hotel hat in Deutschland Max. Gerade so ein 4 Sterne Niveau.

LA LUCE VICINO ALLA PORTA NON FUNZIONAVA E PER INSERIRE LA CHIAVE OCCORREVA ACCENDERE LA TORCIA DEL TELEFONO PER VEDERE ESSENDO LA CAMERA POSIZIONATA IN UN ANGOLO IN FONDO AL CORRIDOIO E COMPLETAMENTE BUIO. GIA' IN FASE DI CHECK IN AVREBBERO POTUTO DARCI UNA CAMERA DIVERSA ESSENDO A CONOSCENZA DEL PROBLEMA. IL PROBLEMA PIU' GRAVE è STATO IL BAGNO CHE AVEVA UN FORTE ODORE DI FOGNA E URINA. Een prachtig hotel, als er weer wat achterstallig onderhoud plaatsvindt.
Pros:

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk, aan alles was gedacht en na een dag herkende het personeel aan het zwembad je al en zorgde ze enorm goed voor ons.

Cons:

De kamer was enorm mooi en groot, alleen de badkamer was eigenlijk niet functionerend zoals het zou moeten, de douchekraan kwamen 3 kleine stralen uit, door de opbouw van kalkaanslag. Zonde, dit is met een nieuwe kraan plaatsen meteen verholpen.

Daarnaast deed de airco het helemaal niet, ookal boekte we eentje met airco. In de hal was de temperatuur minimaal 5 graden koelen dan in onze kamer. De kamer was 28°C en ging er amper onder. Dit is uiteraard niet echt aanvaardbaar, we hebben dit aangekaart en ze kwamen ook zeker wel met andere opties om naartoe te verhuizen maar dit was dan 100 meter verder van het hoofdgebouw wat ons niet echt aansprak. Zonde dat de airco het niet deed in onze kamer.

Sehr gut, wegen den Pool und des Parkplatzes
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr offen und der Pool war spitze, wir hatten einen Parkplatz vor der Tür und der Preis war voll in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war reichlich aber für ein Omelett, frischen Orangensaft usw. musste man extra zahlen, was ich bei einen 5 Sterne Hotel nicht gewohnt bin.
Es gab einen Shuttle in die Stadt, dieser brachte Dich aber nur runter vom Berg, in die Stadt, ab da, wo alles Anfängt muss man noch 25min gehen. Der Shuttlebus, müsste nur weitere 3min fahren und fertig, aber nein. Die haben einen Shuttelbus nur dass es gut ausschaut. Haben uns schon gewundert, gleich am Anfang, dass alle ein Taxi bestellt haben und niemand den Shuttelbus. Später wussten wir warum.
Ganz ehrlich, dass hoch gelobte Essen im Hotel ist Mittelmäßig.

Pétit déjeuner complet, salle de sport agréable, loterie et piscine.

Cons:

Clim ne fonctionnait pas dans les 2 chambres.
Bruit tôt le matin des roues des chariots.
Gel douche avec une odeur moyenne.
Propreté des murs (traces de moustiques écrasés) et du sol de la chambre.
