Os funcionários são realmente o melhor que este hotel têm, super prestáveis, divertidos e simpáticos. A localização é boa para quem não quer a confusão dos centros mais movimentados. Comida boa, mas o caos fazia não ter vontade de comer. Jantares temáticos comidas do mundo: italiana, maiorquina, árabe, mexicada, etc. Animação muito boa, praticamente tudo focado para crianças.

Cons:

O caos de um tudo incluído feito para ingleses que querem fugir das regras. Piscina lotada e envolvências sujas, culpa dos clientes. Provavelmente noutra altura do ano não se sente tanto esta confusão. A praia junto ao hotel parece ter saneamento a céu aberto. O restaurante parece uma cantina da escola.

Disappointing is an understatement
Pros:

The only real positive was the convenience of the all-inclusive option, but even that had its issues.

Because of a very poor room selection and a disappointing overall experience, I felt completely checked out and chose not to use any of the other hotel facilities. Instead, I rented a car to escape the property and make better use of my holiday.

Cons:

I booked a "Junior Suite," but it was nothing of the sort — It was just a small, partitioned room with a double bed, TV, and a small window overlooking the back of the property.

I could see better rooms available on the hotel website, and I offered to pay for a room upgrade at the front desk, but they couldn't help me because I booked through Booking.com. I was so disappointed that I actually started searching for other hotels in the area, but instead rented a car just to explore the island and get away from the hotel.

The dining experience wasn't much better; the buffet was chaotic and felt like just "somewhere to eat" rather than an atmosphere to actually enjoy. At one point, an argumentative waiter gave my table away to another couple right after I was seated, but away getting a drink. He condescendingly told me I should have "held" the table by putting something on it, even though I was actively standing there with two glasses of water trying to do exactly that.

The ultimate irony was that even after "holding" a table with the now placed drinks, another guest just sat there anyway with my drinks sat in front of her, leaving me then standing with a plate of food and nowhere to eat it.

Overall not anywhere I would return to or recommend.

La ubicación y la tranquilidad

Cons:

Los horarios de las comidas, al final ponen horas europeas de comidas y los que vamos de aquí de España nos tenemos que adaptar, y es que se intenta pero la cena es casi una merienda!! Y de comer solo hasta las 14:30!!
