Hotel diseñado para turismo popular del reino unido, UK cowboys and Girls, no for european turist

Cons:

Me quisieron obligar a usar una pulsera, se pusieron chulos en la misma recepción, me dijeron que si no usaba la pulsera no me podía alojar y por eso les pedí que cancelen la reserva y me devuelvan el dinero.

we didn’t have a nice stay at this hotel

the rooms were outdated , the lift was broken and broke down while we were in it , the food was not good , the outside pool was freezing and you couldn’t go in it , we got bitten all over by bed bugs

The bed was comfortable and the cleaning service very good. The pool area is nice with plenty of beds. The balcony is very well planned and usable even in the rain. All the staff were excellent. Plenty of areas for families with children.

Cons:

No slippers or robes provided. No shower gel or even soap in the bath area. The beach nearby is just stones.

El hotel está bien, aunque por las fotos y comentarios me esperaba algo mas espectacular la verdad. Despues de varias comunicaciones con la recepción de que llegaríamos tarde y al tener TI contratado (como la mayoría de los huespedes) Stefan nos aseguró que ningún problema, el restaurante estaría ya cerrado, pero nos dejarían una cena fría. Llegamos un poco antes de las 12 y mucho jiji jija pero nada de cena y poca solución ofrecida. Tuvimos que ir por el barrio residencial, que tampoco es que haya mucho por ahí, para comer un kebab que estaba abierto. Por lo demás todo correcto. Habitación OK amplia con una nevera y botella de agua dentro a la llegada como detalle (se pudo dejar ahí tb el platito con la cena), albornoz y zapatillas. Muy masificada por familias extranjeras con niños, pero no había sensación de agobio en el comedor con comida muy rica y variada. Eso sí, una vez mas el horario se cumplía muy a rajatabla que si te despistas adios bandejas. La calita justo al lado genial y el entretenimiento tb curioso. Está bien en general? Si. Volvería? No sé.

Nous avons tout aimé. L'accueil est super, le restaurant avec le buffet est plus que génial, nous ressortons avec le ventre plein. De l'ambiance au bar qui est très agréable. Et les animateurs vraiment très gentils. Difficile de devoir partir

It looked good from the outside. But it’s on the lower end, at least our room was. They didn’t have hotel shoes so we had to use the ones from the other hotel. The walls are thin, you could hear the neighbours coughing, suitcases passing the hall all the time!

Cons:

A bad, old and uncomfortable room, isn't "lux" as stated! We were greeted by a disgusting smell in the room that lasted the whole day. It was poorly cleaned, there wasn't a full set of bed linen.
There isn't a mini bar in the room fridge, as stated, only one bottle of the water for the week. The toilet lacked even a basic toilet brush.
There isn't a beach, as stated, only a pool with a terrible smell of chlorine. The hotel is located on the sea, but it doesn’t have any beach area, it's a shame. The nearest sandy beach is a 20-25 minute walk away. The entertainment was dull.
In the neighboring mansion they were making noise and playing loud music for two nights straight, preventing the vacationers from sleeping. But the hotel administration did not take action, despite many complaints from hotel guests. They didn't want to call the police to restore order. But my husband was able to insist on this and the unrest quickly stopped.
Overall this was the worst holiday we have ever had and we didn't have any fun or relaxation.
