Hotel Kyrie Isole Tremiti

Nulla da eccepire al personale e ai servizi che la struttura offre, davvero, nulla. L'unica nota negativa è, a parer mio, l'hotel stesso, che forse brilla di una luce un po' vecchia. Scarsissima insonorizzazione tra le camere, vetri singoli (quelli doppi sono praticamente ovunque e oltre che più sicuri sono isolanti), moquette nelle camere (c'è chi la adora e chi no, anche per sola igiene, nonostante di sicuro abbiano gli strumenti adatti per pulirla) e nei corridoi dove si incontrano anche vistose macchie, le placchette con le prese della corrente non sono fissate nel migliore di modi, così come vale anche per le abat-jour che pur fissate al muro giravano su loro stesse perché erano fissate male, il soffione della doccia era incrostato di calcare e lavarsi non è stato piacevole e rilassante come ci si aspetterebbe da un Hotel del genere, gli sportelli dei mobili (sempre quantomeno nella camera capitatami) mancavano di alcune cerniere e in ultimo, insomma, si intuisce che ci sarebbe bisogno di una grande e profonda secchiata, anche considerato il prezzo del soggiorno.

Personale gentilissimo in particolare Rita,direttrice dell' hotel, sempre molto disponibile e ci ha dato ottimi consigli su dove andare al mare, ristoranti....

Direttore e personale gentilì e disponibili, sono stato poco bene (forte gastrite) e nonostante ciò sono riuscito a far godere la mia famiglia di giorni di relax, hanno compreso la vicenda e fatto quanto possibile per facilitare la permanenza. Valido anche il servizio navetta. Ci torneremo.

Fantastiskt service under hela vistelsen. När man kommer in med båten så kommer dom och plockar upp dig.

Hotellet ligger nära lilla byn och stranden.

Nous avions réserver ce logement en grande partie pour sa piscine et elle était hors d’usage lorsque nous sommes arrivé. De plus les chambres étaient sale, le meublier désuet et il y avait plein de bestioles qui rôdaient sur les murs!

L’emplacement est chouette mais ça ne vaut pas le prix que l’on paye.

Ottimo hotel vicino al porto, Ottima la cena ben servita e di qualità. Da migliorare la colazione inserendo magari la parte salata, completamente assente. Eccellente il confort in camera.

Ein besonders schöne Inseln

Structure is very nice, feels like a small Mediterranean village. In the middle of a wooded area which is very nice. Room lighting a bit too low, should update to led replacing the current fluorescent lamp which take some time to warm up. Nice big TV which is a plus. Need to fix some esthetics like missing wall plates. Just some minor thing but overall a very nice place. Excellent bartender.

Hôtel niché dans la pinède, excellent niveau de service, le personnel est aux petits soins ; bon niveau de confort avec un point à revoir (moquettes tachées dans le couloir et chambre), dommage ! ; insonorisation chambre moyenne (la musique du soir aux abords de la piscine est trop forte pour un tel lieu si paisible et reposant) ; en revanche, le chant des cigales n’est pas du tout gênant, bien au contraire ! Tellement agréable ! Petit déjeuner gourmand de qualité et très bien servi ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans ce beau lieu de bien être ! Merci.

The hotel is in a very good location, walking distance (10-15mins) from the main square with shops, restaurants and a grocery shop.
The hotel is in a beautiful scenery, up on the top of the island, with complimentary (free for guests of the hotel) frequent and very convenient shuttle transport from and to the port and a small beautiful sandy beach nearby (Cala Arene). The hotel also have sunbeds by the amazing rocky beach called Cala Tramontana, from where we enjoyed a fantastic sunset. There is also a small bar nearby overlooking the sea.
The hotel personnel was exceptional, very helpful, polite and professional at all times. 5 stars to all of them!
Food and drinks at the hotel pool bar and restaurant were of high quality, but also too high price, so 4 stars, I’m afraid.
Cleaning of rooms and communal areas, 4 stars too! Not perfect but good enough.
Only one point I cannot give more than 3 stars, it’s the decor of hotel rooms and interiors. It is very outdated, wore and tired. The hotel would benefit greatly of fairly easy and economical upgrading such as a new carpet (the existing is extremely tired and badly stained), and internal redecoration of walls. Room furniture is functional and sturdy but old looking. It doesn’t need replacing it, but a new colour paint would do wonders, in my view!
In all fairness though, it seems that most of the other hotels and restaurants in the island are in the same outdated conditions. So it’s a common issue in the whole island.

Ottima struttura con servizi al top! Personale cortese e disponibile ad risolvere ogni nostra particolare esigenza. Soggiorno davvero piacevole e rilassante.

Camere mal odoranti causa moquette vecchia, nel corridoio camere moquette tutta scolorita è macchiata senza telefono in camera e infissi molto vecchie mobili vecchissimi con armadio impossibile da aprire

10 min promenad från färjan, men hotellet erbjuder upphämtning. Fick checka in direkt vid 10 när färjan anlände till ön, även flexibel utcheckning. Som alla hotell på ön lite slitna hotell men detta var välbevarat och hade stor dubbelsäng. Poolen är stor, bekväma solstolar vid poolområdet. OK frukostbuffe för att vara i Italien, men mycket god croissant (nybakad) och gott kaffe. Hade halvpension som tillval med tre rätters som var mycket god, väldigt prisvärd!
Minus att vi ändå fick betala serviceavgift på 4 euro per person. Wifi som endast fanns vid pool/reception/matsal.

Sono stata ad ottobre, c'è da dire che è fine stagione e tutta la stanchezza per chi lavora si sente..ma resta comunque la possibilità di non tenere aperto se non ce la si fa più. Il mio arrivo non era previsto... Nessuno che spiega orario della colazione, WiFi che nelle stanze è assente ma presente solo nella hall, bisogna chiedere tutto. Le stanze sono estremamente datate, arredamento vecchio e decisamente da rivedere
