The staff was incredible; everyone we were in contact with were professional, friendly, and helpful. The spa was beautiful, we had a couples massage that was wonderful. The hotel restaurant, Lucca, was phenomenal. The bar, "Balcony Bar", was great--very clean and well-maintained. The security is tight, probably the best I've seen. Overall, probably one of the best hotel I've ever stayed at.
The busy street right below the Express Way gets very congested and can be poor air quality due to the vehicles if you're outside on the balcony or enjoying the outside spaces.

Lovely hotel with fantastic customer service. All the staff were courteous and very warm. Cynthia at the front desk was very warm checking me in and checking out.
The food from the Lebanese restaurant it can be improved.

Room was very clean and turn down service was good to have.
Unfortunately we had noisy neighbours on our second night however the staff were very understanding and couldn’t apologise enough.
The stay and facility was fantastic, definitely I will stay there when I come back to Nairobi
Power was a problem but they had back up generator.

Service… every aspect was excellent, the doorman the desk clerks, the spa, the restaurant s were all friendly and efficient.

They extra charged for breakfast. We were never told we have to pay extra before. We ate. Then they came up with stories that there was only one person on the reservation. After charging 400$ a night. Very cheap hotel. The Marriott next door is way better
The room was impeccably clean and well maintained.
The balcony bar and restaurant has always been one of my favorite places to visit whenever I’m in Nairobi. It never disappoints.
The Italian restaurant was exceptional. Everything was beautifully done and genuinely exceeded my expectations.
The Kenyan breakfast and room service were both amazing.Great quality and consistently well executed.
Two things I disliked:
The Arabian restaurant didn’t meet my expectations at all and I honestly felt scammed. It didn’t feel like Kempinski but I’m glad I tried it so I don’t have to return or recommend it to family and friends.
Some of the gym staff aren’t very friendly and I don’t understand why they stand around doing nothing or talk loudly while others are training.
