Pros:

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and the attention to detail really stood out.

The rooms were immaculately cleaned every single day, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything in the room — sodas, water, juice, crisps — was complimentary and thoughtfully replenished daily.

One day, I even returned to discover a lovely vanity bag waiting for me, filled with beautiful extras like bath salts, pillow mists, face cream, and other thoughtful treats. It was such a special touch.

Having stayed in many hotels around the world, I can confidently say the service here is truly top-notch. A memorable experience and one I would highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel is not only beautiful and of a very high standard, but the staff are also exceptionally friendly. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my mother, and they had decorated the room beautifully and even surprised us with a complimentary cake, which was such a thoughtful touch.

We had booked one night, and unfortunately I became sick during the night and couldn’t enjoy the breakfast. We had to go to the hospital, and the hotel kindly extended our checkout to 4 PM and were very supportive throughout the whole situation.

I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very confortable and enjoyable
Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

Cons:

The noise of the street. The windows ( balcony ) were of good quality but If the windows would have been installed tighter (not leaving space between wall and window) , it would have allowed to temper the noise.

The building is beautiful and not the typical high rise in Nairobi. Chance to choose if I wanted or not breakfast in the price, as I don't usually eat breakfast.

Every single person we interacted with was amazing. The security team made us feel safe and comfortable at all times, always professional and courteous. The concierge team was incredibly helpful, attentive, and efficient — ready to assist with every request and always with a smile. The restaurant staff delivered not only delicious food but also warm, high-quality service that made every meal special.

A very special thank you goes to Edwin, who took care of cleaning our room. Everything was always spotless, beautifully arranged, and prepared with great attention to detail. Beyond the impeccable cleanliness, his kindness and warm presence truly made us feel at home — even though we were far away from home. That personal touch made a real difference in our stay.
