Amazing stay at Villa Rosa Kempinski. The whole team was super friendly and welcoming—from security to reception, housekeeping, and the breakfast staff. Everything felt smooth and well taken care of. Special shoutout to Peninah and Derick for being so helpful and accommodating. They really made a difference. Would happily stay here again!

I chose this hotel to spend my last few days in east Africa. Was just great and would come back in the future. Lovely staff and lots of places to eat/hangout. I spent the majority of my time at the pool to decompress.

We celebrated my husband’s graduation with a family lunch at Kempinski Villa Rosa, and it was a truly wonderful experience.
We were a group of 20 guests and had placed our orders in advance. Judith, who works in guest relations, was very helpful and welcoming. She handled our inquiries patiently, showed us around, and made sure everything was well coordinated. Our server, Japeth, managed the meal exceptionally well. Every order was served correctly, and despite the size of our group, everything flowed smoothly.
What stood out most was Judith’s incredible patience, professionalism, and attentiveness, as well as Japeth’s excellent service. They both made sure everyone felt well taken care of throughout the celebration.
Thank you, Judith, Japeth, and the entire team at Kempinski Villa Rosa, for helping make such a special milestone in our family’s life even more memorable. Your excellent service played a big part in the success of our celebration. We look forward to visiting again!

Front desk supervisor Anne and colleagues were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and its rooms are spacious. I also recommend the Italian restaurant.

Exceptional service
Extraordinary rooms

This is a modern hotel with plenty of amenities in a central part of Nairobi. It suited our purposes as we wanted a central location for one night as our flight arrived in the late afternoon, and we wanted a late checkout. Rooms were modern and clean with the most comfortable beds. Would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room as well as a kettle and inferior instant coffee. On the first night we went to the Balcony Bar where we were initially greeted with a smile and had a nice chat with the waitress. As the evening progressed it became pretty evident that this bar was mainly used by Escort/Call Girls. The 3 members of staff in this bar became pretty unattentive towards us but looked after these girls pretty well. It became extremely uncomfortable to sit and watch what was going on and even worse when we were on the receiving end of some verbal abuse from one of said girls. It was so unpleasant that we had to leave. When we mentioned this to the checkout team the next day they acknowledged the issue and informed us that the hotel is trying to stop this . How can this happen in what is presumed to be a top end hotel?

Tambourine - great food and atmosphere, our waiter Albert gave us an amazing experience as it was our first place to eat since arriving in Kenya.

In Villa Rosa Kempinski - Tambourine Restaurant : They were extremely hospitable and stayed open late in order to accommodate us due to our late arrival into Nairobi. The food was amazing! And their customer service was great!
