Clean and high standard

I’ve have been getting my massage treatments at the spa since 2019. And always loved how serene it was. But not so much the last year or so. There is a sign on the was asking for silence, but that is no longer the case the waiting area is bustling with activity.., the locker and jacuzzi side feels like grand central station. They have lost that “pamper feel” that is part of a good spa experience. My massage therapist “Milcah” is just FANTASTIC, I would go to the moon for her …but unfortunately I am going to be looking for where they still value the customers experience overall

I had an exceptional stay at Villa Rosa Kempinski Nairobi, a truly 5-star experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant interiors, comfortable rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax.

What really stood out, however, was the level of service. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Irene, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and well looked after. Her kindness and attention to detail made a real difference.

I’d also like to recognise Keagan from the bar, who served my food he was friendly, efficient, and provided excellent service, adding to the overall experience.

I would highly recommend Villa Rosa Kempinski to anyone visiting Nairobi and would gladly return in the future.

My visit to Villa Rosa Kempinski was truly elevated by Judith, one of the incredible Ladies in Red. From the moment I arrived, her warmth and professional care made me feel like a valued guest. She went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met with a genuine smile. She took her time to show me the property and answering all the questions I posed to her. Judith is a true gem and the epitome of Kenyan hospitality—she made my visit unforgettable!"

Good gym and spa. Nice buffet breakfast, if a little expensive at 4000 shillings.

From the concierge to our daily breakfast with Charity , we loved this hotel! We stayed on and off for a week as we left and returned from hikes and a safari. They stored our luggage and gave us solid recommendations for everything and helped organize transport.

The service is wonderful, the staff is warm and attentive. Reagan at the Balcony Lounge was also so helpful and interesting to chat with….

We highly recommend this hotel and its incredible staff. We came from the US w 2 teenage boys and they made everything easier and relaxing.

Location is great. Very friendly and helpful door staff including Alvin Hillary and Wychises and also cleaning staff. The spa sauna was not working properly but spa staff tried to fix it once it was brought to their attention.
