An ideally located hotel with a nice good quality food & very nice staff.
Pros:

We arrived very late & tired & were warmly welcomed in after a lot of travelling.
The following day, we were served Breakfast by a really nice waiter from southern Italy.

Cons:

Unfortunately due to the Arsenal celebrations & amount of people using the bar downstairs after the celebrations, we lost out on some much needed room service as we saw the restaurant was closed & were forced to go back out & try to find somewhere to eat when it was extremely busy..

Pros:

The rooms were beautifully appointed. Interrior felt like it was a new hotel or newly renovated.
Its location between King's Cross Station and St Pancras International made it super convenient if one has to take the Eurostar or take a train across the UK.

Cons:

We dislike that a handheld nozzle spray or bidet isnt provided as a hotel amenity

We were not fans of the in-house bath shower, and shampoo scent.

Nice hotel, great location but bed was very small
Pros:

Great location. Especially if you are taking the Eurostar.

Cons:

We had a double room but the bed was tiny. Too small for two people.

This hotel impressed me
Pros:

We liked everything. The service at check-in was great, and we were shown to the lifts by a lovely gentleman who was working on reception. The room was fabulous, I immediately felt relaxed and knew I would settle. It was spotlessly clean with lovely quality furnishings and quality bedding and towels. Excellent coffee machine, a steamer and hairdryer in the room. Down the corridor was a pantry to help yourself to coffee, tea, water and cakes. It was brilliant. I would most definitely stay there again, we had a lovely time. Thankyou.

Perfect St Pancras Retreat
Pros:

Exceptional hotel located perfectly between Kings Cross, St Pancras and the Underground connections. Selected due to It's proximity to St Pancras and the International services. Stayed with family, on floors 2 and 4 (my photos are from floor 2) Check in smooth and efficient, staff super friendly and welcoming. Pricey but what you get is worth it! well designed and comfortable rooms, lots of natural light, comfy bed, great bathroom with shower. Food was exceptional! Ate at the RAILS restaurant in the evening and had breakfast the next day in their stunning dining room. Would absolutely stay again! Thanks Great Northern team!
