The location was very good. Close to restaurants, without the traffic and noise.

Great breakfast, nice room layout for a family

I enjoy staying at Home 2 Home. Suites for the full-size refrigerator and the microwave as well as a couch and this one was as good as all the others. But this morning, there was a nice employee named Kevin who had me laughing and just made for an enjoyable breakfast. I would come back just to see him again because he was so nice and kind and funny. In fact, all of the employees that were around at the breakfast area were hilarious and made for a fun morning, which is rare most of the time. Thank you so much for a bright beginning to my day.

Great location and breakfast was both aesthetically pleasing and had a great variety of choices. Jeri was amazing and kept everything stocked and clean! Definitely got this one right!

Possibly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. I travel 47 weeks a year and Home2 was great. Housekeepers are phenomenal, front desk is warm and entertaining, management is amazing. The complimentary options were like I’ve never seen. The breakfast setup is top notch! Great hotel!
I will make sure our company returns in the future.

Location

I was surprised at the lack of cleanliness of the hotel given its reviews. Typically I have no issues with Hilton hotels. This visit was an exception. The hotel simply stated was not clean. There were sticky stains on the floors in the lobby and dirt. The floor of the elevators was also dirty not to mention the carpets in the hallways. It was really disappointing. The room was a little better. I only had to clean the shower, the kitchenette the bathroom sink and toilet in order to use it. It was as if the place was forgotten. I had to get another pillow as it was yellow/ gray stained. If it had not been for a late night with family mourning ta loss of the matriarch with an early funeral the next day I would have walked out. The other issue was construction and painting with plastic hanging on the outside. We thought it was closed. Also, Had it not been homecoming weekend and confusion with a double booking of my first choice air bnb—we would not have stayed. I certainly hope they get some cleaning staff on the ball soon. We will not be returning.

Ty was so helpful and accommodating! We came in and she gave us everything we needed, considering we were from out of town!

Good stay

The hotel was easy to get to and located in very nice area. Danielle at the front desk was amazing and made our experience very enjoyable for the whole family. Checking in was easy and our room was nice and clean. The morning breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely book this location again when visiting Huntsville.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was so kind and welcoming, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Traveling with kids can be stressful because you never really know how safe or clean a place will be, but I was pleasantly surprised here. Everything felt well taken care of, and we had a very relaxing stay. I would definitely book this location again.

Jeri and Kevin at the Breakfast Inspired Table are amazing. If I didn’t have to conduct business I would have stayed with these two all day enjoying laughter.

everything about this stay was amazing, didn’t break the wallet, was beside some amazing food options and activities . when needed to cook we were given a stovetop eye to use and the utensils , will be back again!
