A few issues - good night sleep and nice breakfast
Pros:

James was the clerk in the evening - he wasn't able to apply my gift cards - said he was been there for 11 years - well, hopefully someone will train him! He also messaged me after I got to my room (likely an automatic text) but welcomed me as a Gold and mentioned my waters and snack. James only gave me my waters - I responded back that I forgot to get my snack. He said - no only for Diamond ... lol - ummm james - read what was sent ( and yes, Gold gets a snack!) he replied, well they must have just changed that tonight!! hahhaha 11 years, huh?
The room was fine other than only 1 fork was in drawer, a partial used paper towel was left on rack, the outlet near the bed didn't work and no plugs for phones, etc... the TV wasn't working great either!
The lady tending the nicely laid out breakfast was doing a great job and friendly.
The morning clerk was able to get my gift cards applied but it took me an extra 10 minutes to deal with in the morning- I also got my rice krispie treat! lol
location was convenient for us to get to UAH.

My stay over all was very exceptional and I would definitely be staying again in the future.
Pros:

The breakfast was absolutely delicious and had a wide variety of choses.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was i only got 1 room card.

Customer Service is too notch
Pros:

I had the best experience ar this location. We were a larger group and when I checked in Emma was busy assisting a customer. She was able to multi task and accommodate my parties needs and get us on our way to other activities. Just because of Emma this is now my Go To in Huntsville.

Highly Recommend for Business or Pleasure Travel
Pros:

The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere from the minute you enter and the amenities are perfect whether you're traveling for business or with family. Staff was attentive and polite. Room was clean and welcoming. We experienced no noise issues at all while we were there, even though the hotel was very full. Kids LOVED the pool! The location is great for getting on and off the highway and you definitely get your money's worth here. Great value!

Amazing experience!
Pros:

Worth the price.

Great stay! Great Staff. Great area. Great breakfast.

The staff was awesome. The morning breakfast was great. The hosts was very helpful and on the job. The front desk lady was outstanding. There was also a young man named Anthony who was great in helping us out. Completely friendly and courteous. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. Gary

Sweet Tynisha
Pros:

This hotel is great… we were suffering from bad traffic and accidents since Nashville…heading to Florida… we went to the wrong hotel first… by the time we got to the correct Hampton Inn it was dark and very late…Tynishia checked us in… she was so kind, helpful, and pleasant that we forgot how crabby we were so shout out to Tynisha!…She was a joy!

Space Museum visit
Pros:

The check in process with Esperanza was fantastic and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our view of the pool and lake is beautiful. This is a great place to stay
