Great location and value, friendly staff. Elevator broken the entire 4 days, TVs had different satellites in different rooms and only some channels worked, bar was closed the entire time.

Really lovely apartment just minutes from check point Charlie and the Kochstrasse u bahn. Shopping options really close by with Lidl and a whole foods store within an easy 2 min walk. The apartment was very quiet, well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Only downside was the 1 English speaking channel on the tv, which you could fix by taking a Google tv or by casting.
Would recommend and stay again.

Clean room, made up daily. Great hot water & water pressure in the shower, but not well sealed. Easy to soak the rest of the room. Everything else was well appointed. Plenty of shelves, cubbies, etc.

Overall, my stay was very good. No real complaints. The staff were friendly. The room clean and comfortable. The only negative is that rooms are not air conditioned. So, if it is a hot day the room will be too hot to sleep in.

Room looked nothing like the photos on the one I booked. No air con, the room was upwards of 34°. The reception staff claimed they couldn't understand English when I asked about air con/fan they said there was one in the room. I insisted there wasn't. They said they would try and get one but it seemed like they couldn't be bothered. A fan was delivered to the room but was completely ineffective. When I said that we couldn't stay there and asked for a refund, they shrugged their shoulders and said because we booked through Hotels.com we weren't entitled to a refund. The customer service was appalling.

We booked a different hotel, more central and with air con for less money and helpful and friendly staff.

DO NOT GO TO MONDRIAN SUITES you do NOT get what you pay for!

Good sized apartment and a few supermarkets nearby for supplies which was really useful. Also very close to the metro for transport options. The interior of the rooms felt a little tired and the sofa bed was old and sagged badly which is reflected in the overall scores.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

We stayed for 5 nights at Mondrian Suites and everything was excellent. Friendly staff on reception at check in, room was clean and had all the amenities needed, comfy bed and location was quiet at night. Well located to explore east Berlin, including Checkpoint Charlie at the end of the street and Museum Island 20mins leisurely stroll. And UBahn stop 5min walk away if needed.
Would definitely recommend!
