Appartamento fantastico
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta l'accoglienza, l'appertamento era molto confortevole, pulita, delle giuste dimensioni. Il cucinino è stato molto utile. Il bagno era abbastanza ampio e ci è piaciuta la doccia di dimensioni abbondanti. I letti erano comodi. Non ci aspettavamo la pulizia ed il riordino quotidiano: comunque molto gradito. La posizione era ottimale e ci siamo spostati facilmente nei punti da visitare nel nostro viaggio. Lo consiglierei assolutamente e ci ritornerei volentieri se visitassi nuovamente Berlino. Grazie mille

Trochę na uboczu, parking był niedostępny
Pros:

Lokalizacja trochę na uboczu, dużo czasu zajmowało nam dostanie się do centrum. Parking nie był dostęp y - parkowanie na ulicy kosztuje majątek, a polecony w hotelu parking działa tylko w dni powszednie, o czym personel hotelu najwyraźniej nie wie. Straciliśmy na parkowanie mnóstwo pueniędzy i nerwów

Pros:

Das Doppelzimmer mit Balkon war sehr großzügig und ruhig. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Super war auch das meine 5 jährige Tochter kostenlos frühstücken durfte.

Това, че предлага апартаменти! Просторен с всички удобства, чудесна тераса и тишина!

Cons:

Малко е по-отдалечен от основните места. Може да се подобри почистването на пода в стаите по време на престоя, което на практика липсваше.

Room too small and too warm
Pros:

It’s fairly central

Cons:

There was no fan and no AC. It can be really warm at night. If you open the windows it’s gonna be noisy and too bright for you to sleep. Rooms are small too. There are much better options nearby for a similar price.

We were unable to get any rest because of the heat in the rooms and the noise.
Pros:

Position is ok. Lots of facilities.

Cons:

It was obvious that only a superficial cleaning had been done before we arrived. We found shards of glass on the floor, which suggests that the floor had not been properly swept or vacuumed, at least in the kitchen. In the bathroom, the tiles were sticky, and the toilet, despite being marked as “disinfected,” showed signs of previous use.

Although the apartment was well equipped—with a range hood, electric cooktop, dishwasher, iron, and two large-screen TVs—it was impossible to stay comfortably in the room because of the lack of ventilation. There was no air conditioning and no insect screens on the windows, so opening them meant letting mosquitoes in. They had provided two very small fans, which were completely inadequate for the 44°C daytime temperatures. The accommodation was essentially unusable until around 1–2 a.m., when it finally cooled down outside enough to open the windows. Even then, you just had to hope you wouldn’t wake up covered in mosquito bites.

We will definitely not be coming back.

Great location
Pros:

Reception staff were really helpful and friendy. Parking was expensive @25 euros but was handy to be in the basement of the hotel and not on street. Property was really clean and the facilities included all you needed. The locatiin was perfect as it was only mins from check point charlie and a number of other tourist attractions.

Extremely disappointing experience.

Unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel…

We arrived in Berlin during one of the hottest days the city had experienced, so having a comfortable room was especially important.

At check-in, we were told that every room had a fan. However, one of ours was broken, and we ended up carrying the only working fan back and forth between two rooms just to make the heat bearable. When we asked the staff for a replacement, we were simply told that these weather conditions were “new” to them and there was nothing they could do.

The apartment had several other issues as well. The balcony doors had no insect screens, so opening them to cool the room meant letting insects in. The shower flooded the bathroom floor every time it was used, the kitchen sponge had hair on it, and housekeeping even took all of our towels one day without replacing them, so we had to collect fresh ones from reception ourselves!!

What concerned us most, however, was the fire alarm incident. The alarm went off in the afternoon, so we immediately evacuated the building along with many other guests. Outside, everyone was left wondering what was happening because no member of staff came to speak to us or provide instructions. After several minutes, another guest returned from reception and informed us that it was apparently an electrical issue and that we could go back inside. The hotel never addressed the guests directly or explained the situation.

We were also surprised that the hotel didn’t have a basic first aid kit when we asked for one after a minor injury and were simply directed to a nearby pharmacy.

One final suggestion: on the day we checked out, we discovered a wall full of discount vouchers and free souvenir offers near the hotel’s restroom. These would have been much more useful if they had been available at reception or in the rooms upon arrival.

Overall, this stay was far below our expectations.

Great location, large comfy suites
Pros:

The room was comfortable, large and we fit well. Kitchen is good for small snack like foods.

Location is excellent - and very easy to get around.

Cons:

We were there during the heatwave and there are no ACs in the room - was very warm!
Staff was not super helpful or knowledgeable.

Girişte booking üzerinden tüm ödemeleri yapmamıza rağmen bizden tekrar City tax istediler. Ödediğimizi söyleyip faturamızı göstermemize rağmen “booking ayrı alıyor biz ayrı alıyoruz” dediler. Dünyanın hiçbiryernde böyle bir uygulama yok dediğimde “sizi şuan oetele de almam ancak yanınızda çocuklar var diye acıdım, bu gece kalın ama sabah yetkilimle görüşüp ödersiniz “ dediler ve 1 saat girişte beklettiler. Çıkıp gidecektim ama haksızlığa dayanamadığım için sabah olup yetkilimin gelmesini bekledim. Sabah tekrar resepsiyona gittim, yetkili yine yokmuş, orada olan başka çalışan “sistem böyle, herkesten alıyoruz” dedi önce. Ben booking ‘e yazmıştım, onu söyleyince geri adım attı ve kontrol edeyim dedi hemen “sistemsel bir hata olmuş “ dedi. Şaka gibiydi resmen. City tax i peşin ödeyenler dikkat etsinler!! Bu kötü muamele haricinde klima vs yoktu, sıcaktan piştik, yastıklar naylondu resmen, odada 4 kişi 3 gün için sadece 1 su vardı. Başka vermediklerini söylediler. Çay - kahve - terlik vs zaten yoktu. Ayrıca oda iki kişilik hazırlanmıştı, kanepeyi kendimiz açıp yatağa çevirdik ve çarşaf istedik:(( temizlik berbattı, banyoda kocaman bir örümcek vardı vs vs vs

Pros:

Suite espaçosa com um quarto com TV e grande armário, uma boa kitchnette em que a sala também tinha TV e uma casa de banho grande com todos os produtos de higiene. Limpeza e troca de toalhas diária. Bar e pequena explanada. Simpatia dos funcionários.

Cons:

Estava muito calor e a suite não tem ar condicionado, apenas uma ventoinha fraquinha para todo o espaço. Pediu-se mais e embora o rececionista tudo tenha feito para encontrar outra, não foi possível, pelo que mesmo com as janelas abertas tornou praticamente impossível conseguir dormir.

Fabulous apartment in the heart of Mitte

Fabulous apartment with a lovely balcony,polite and friendly staff :) in the heart of Mitte loads of restaurants and shops close by,nice music playing around the hotel :) very comfortable bed! With a lovely fridge with freezer! Can't wait to return :)
