Good hotel with very friendly staff
Pros:

Free parking, excellent wifi, very friendly staff especially the young gentleman on reception. The location was great, we walked everywhere and the cable car was directly opposite the hotel. Having fresh omelette made for breakfast was good. I requested gluten free bread and it was available when asked and would be warmed up.

Cons:

The breakfast is basic not much of a choice, I just had eggs, omelette or fried. I didn’t like the coffee from the machine. My husband enjoyed the breakfast and the coffee.

Cosy alpine stay - superb value, friendly staff and comfortable bed
Pros:

Fantastic stay for a short summer trip in the mountains. Lovely alpine hotel with very comfortable bed. Short walk from the train station, shops and major chair lifts. Bus pass included. Lovely staff - re booking for our winter ski holiday!

Camera rinnovata e ben insonorizzata, bagno pulitissimo (ci si può specchiare nel soffione della doccia), letti comodi, menu dei cuscini (non utilizzato ma lo trovo un servizio super), buona colazione con frittate e uova preparate al momento.

Cons:

Direi di non indicare la presenza di una bike room. L'accesso è difficoltoso, non ci sono strutture per appoggiare le bici senza cavalletto e non ci sono prese per caricare le e-bike.
Forse per una bici da strada leggera va ancora, per una e-bike, no.

A Delightful Stay with Exceptional Comfort and Breakfast
Pros:

We were waiting for a reliable weather forecast for the Flüelapass area and unfortunately missed a few accommodation options in Zernez. After exploring nearby towns, we found availability at Hotel Parsenn in Davos Dorf, conveniently located directly across from the Parsennbahn.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was excellent. Our request for a quiet room was not only accommodated but even exceeded with a complimentary upgrade. We were warmly welcomed by a friendly, smiling receptionist who completed our check-in in less than five minutes. Another pleasant surprise was the free parking behind the hotel.
The hotel offers a cozy coffee lounge where guests can enjoy complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day. Our room (217) also featured a capsule coffee machine, which was a nice touch.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. The entire property is beautifully decorated, and it is clear that a great deal of thought and care has gone into the design. The tasteful décor extends throughout the corridors, public areas, and guest rooms. We particularly appreciated the variety of specialty pillows available, including spelt, cherry stone, lavender, pine, and neck-support pillows, allowing guests to personalize their sleeping experience. Speaking of sleep, the beds were exceptionally comfortable and ensured a very restful night.
Breakfast was outstanding and easily one of the highlights of our stay. Fresh omelets and eggs were prepared to order and served remarkably quickly despite the morning rush. The buffet offered an excellent selection of fresh bread, cheeses, ham, salami, croissants, yogurts, fruits, jams, quality coffee, and a fine assortment of teas. Everything was fresh, plentiful, and delicious.

Overall, Hotel Parsenn combines outstanding hospitality, beautiful design, exceptional comfort, and a truly excellent breakfast. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Davos.

Cons:

There are only two minor areas where the experience could be improved. A mini-fridge in the room would be a welcome addition, and we noticed a somewhat unusual smell. These were small issues, however, and did not significantly affect our overall enjoyment.
