Comfortable, very nice, beautiful shower. Could always use better water pressure!
Pros:

Bistro was closed, sign said please enjoy our complementary coffee, tea.

The room was beautiful and the shower was wonderful.

Cons:

We didn't see any literature or booklet about the amenities, TV channels, etc. Figured it out on our own, which was fine, but didn't do dinner because we weren't sure where and when; knew it was $13 more

Room was reasonably quiet.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom. There was hair in the shower area. Not one hair but all over. There was pubic hair at the toilet. This was on arrival at our room so it obviously wasn’t cleaned from the previous occupant. If the bathroom was dirty then who knows about the rest of the room.

Pros:

no issues. convenient to hospitals. free shuttle for rides within 2mi radius on the half hour requiring 24h notice but this is flexible.
