Pros:

离音乐学院和几大博物馆距离很近，都可以步行到达，出来酒店马上就有一家星巴克咖啡店，附近也有多处餐饮。酒店从员工到经理都非常友善，即使英语不是特别好，也会非常耐心对待客人。

Comfortable, very nice, beautiful shower. Could always use better water pressure!
Pros:

Bistro was closed, sign said please enjoy our complementary coffee, tea.

The room was beautiful and the shower was wonderful.

Cons:

We didn't see any literature or booklet about the amenities, TV channels, etc. Figured it out on our own, which was fine, but didn't do dinner because we weren't sure where and when; knew it was $13 more

Newly renovated hotel near Case Western and the hospitals

We were looking for a place to stay near Case Western and found a great spot.

Newly renovated and they did a really good job
Rooms are spacious, big windows etc

Cons
No daily housekeeping ... Not only didn't they tell us this on check in, but the sign in the room says to leave towels on the floor and they will change them.
Room isn't well lit
