El dpto estaba perfectamente decorado, muy modero.

Ruslana en recepción, encantadora, muy amable y siempre predispuesta a ayudarnos.
Recomiendo el lugar y sin dudas volveria.

Rustig en goede locatie

Our stay at Eric Vökel Madrid Suites exceeded all of our expectations. I had booked the accommodation for six friends and myself, and from the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, charming, and welcoming everything was.

The location was perfect—close to everything and very convenient for exploring Madrid. The staff was incredibly attentive, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. A special mention to Ruslana, who was especially kind and friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The rooftop terrace quickly became our favorite spot for pre-dinner aperitifs before heading out in the evening. The view was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more memorable.

I would highly recommend this place without hesitation and would definitely stay here again!

Great location and a great hotel! We traveled with a tween daughter and stayed at the two-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room. It's a really large comfortable space. On our first day, we received a breakfast box (milk, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bread, butter, etc.) and we would take it to the rooftop in the morning to have a meal with a view. The building faces narrow streets and has a well-like yard in the middle so one night some very rowdy guests kept us awake, as every sound carried and echoed throughout. We did complain to the front desk (seems like all the guests complained) and it was taken care of. Front desk Salvador was amazing - super helpful, went above and beyond esp. when it came to helping us secure a ride back from Segovia. We couldn't find a bus or train back during a very busy weekend, so he contacted a local car service and organized a pick-up for us, down to the location and the driver's name. We couldn't be more grateful!

Perfect location

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter. L'accueil est très serviable. Le logement est très propre et bien équipé. L'immeuble est très bien aménagé. C'est parfait! En plus commerces et restaurants à proximité TOP

We stayed at their atocha suites. The location was absolutely perfect if you are a family with little kids, there are two major grocery stores on either sides of the building, if you want to have snacks on the go for your family.
We used public transportation, on one end we had the atocha station and on the other plaza fontera metro (I am not saying it right) which connects you via metro 3 to gran via and all other major sightseeing areas..
There are many restaurants nearby to choose from.
The apt itself was well furnished with all kitchen essential and condiments if you wish to make something simple like an omelette.
The sofa bed mattress could be a little bit more comfortable but otherwise no other issues. Andre at reception was very welcoming and helpful.

The block of flats has a great location, ease of access from public transportation (metro) and to central parts of Madrid, plenty of restaurants in the area, friendly staff.
The flat has everything necessary for a few days stay, good air conditioning.
