Super séjour en famille dans cet établissement
Pros:

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter. L'accueil est très serviable. Le logement est très propre et bien équipé. L'immeuble est très bien aménagé. C'est parfait! En plus commerces et restaurants à proximité TOP

Nice location, friendly staff, could do with some TLC…
Pros:

The block of flats has a great location, ease of access from public transportation (metro) and to central parts of Madrid, plenty of restaurants in the area, friendly staff.
The flat has everything necessary for a few days stay, good air conditioning.

Cons:

Our apartment was on a split level with bedrooms on different floors (ground floor and underground level), not ideal for those with smaller kids - so make sure you check when booking. The bathroom was a bit “tired” with towel hooks and paper holder falling off the wall. The main disturbance however were the regular calls on the intercom in the middle of the night coming from the outside (not sure whether just random people passing by and ringing the bell? or the neighbours from other apartments mixing up the flat numbers or mistaking the intercom for the access code lock?) - it was quite disruptive and happened literally every night…

La ubicación sobre todo. El tamaño del apartamento también. Y la flexibilidad para poder alojar a una niña pequeña que la web de Booking no permitía por cupo. Ruslana fue muy amable con los niños al llegar

Cons:

El mantenimiento del apartamento era mejorable. Había elementos deteriorados y la limpieza podría ser más profunda; el cabecero del dormitorio principal que era de azulejo (una gran idea en la práctica y muy bonito) tenía manchas extrañas que pueden limpiarse con mucha facilidad. El desagüe de ducha principal no tragaba bien
